Hands down the best USPS Post Office in the entire World, even during this past Christmas when they were getting thousands of Amazon parcels to deal with each day, the were cool, calm and collected. I actually enjoy going to the post office and love all of the staff members at the Lake Arrowhead PO. Thank you all, keep up the great work!!

Seems the last few months the service here has been pretty bad. I don't know if they lost some employees or what. Always a long line to pick up a package now and the lady gives me a hard time (and now refuses) if I ask her to look for a package which the employees at Blue Jay never had an issue glancing in the back and seeing if they could spot the package. The employees at Lake Arrowhead don't seem to really care they have a laissez-faire attitude about what they do. I thought that this PO would be better than Blue Jay but they don't even offer full service on Saturdays like Blue Jay does. From what I understand all the POs up here are pretty bad and this is the one that I'm supposed to use. It has made Amazon shipping easier. This was my first post about them: We had a shipment sent USPS to our house and it was routed to their location. I had to leave my contact info and tracking number but they had already let us know they had it ready for us to pick it up the next day. Also I've been using the Blue Jay PO for the last year and a half and there is no question I'm happy we were able to just get a PO Box here. This is our service area anyways. All post offices are going to be busy especially during the holidays but this location seems to always have 3 employees at the counter working with customers. Sometimes a 4th one at a window for package pickups. I was stunned the difference between offices. This is a much nicer post office than the other ones in the area I've been to. If you live in zip code 92352 then get a PO Box here. Also add "- ####" (type in your PO Box number) to the end of your street mailing address and if it gets routed to them because Amazon ships usps to your house they will know who the package is for. Like for example "1234 Main St - 5678" then if they had to Intercept it they would know that package goes to PO Box 5678. I just started using this location and have had very good experiences with it.

Talk about service and busy, this post office is rich in both. Location is expansive, clean and has parcel lockers. Many sizes of boxes offered catering to business/personal requirements. Hi Christian. Cedar Glen offers good service as well as Blue Jay (do inquire). Grateful to Phillip C., Richard M. and Craig L. for the kind, efficacious interactions thus far. Handled long line queue well. Craig speaks spanish. Richard thanks for yellow card education. Lockers are new! Sorry I put that bulky package in the intake slot and thanks for disloging it and and calling me about a lost package. This location is close to Stater Brothers and the Financial Center with Lake Views (yes really).

its a very, VERY busy post office you are forced to use if you live in Arrowhead and receive U.S mail. About a month ago there was a break in to the post office and you can no longer access your P.O. Box after office hours. They no longer use package lockers, if you receive a package you will receive a slip in your PO box and have to wait in a ridiculously long line during business hours. Hopefully this changes in the near future, mostly because we've got no other options. Edit: Having said that, the postal service workers there are extremely friendly people, and I do not blame them!! The situation isn't in their control, its just a shame they are so short staffed.

For clarification: Hours recently updated for Saturday, showing OPEN from 1pm - 3pm. Please note- this is for "Caller Service"/"Caller Window" ONLY, so.... No purchases/register-based transactions (no sales or acceptance of payment, with possible exception of check submitted for PO Box rent payment, in which case, will not actually be processed until the next business day- receipt provided/placed in your PO Box at that time). Caller Window/Caller Service for: Mail, Parcel pick-up, drop-off, Vacation Hold submission &/or pickup, etc. Full Service Offices nearby: -Blue Jay Post Office 27177 CA-189 Ste F, Blue Jay, CA 92317 ( 1.7 miles, 7 mins) Located right next to Rite Aid. -Cedar Glen Post Office 28982 Hook Creek Rd, Cedar Glen, CA 92321 (3.5 miles, 9 mins from Lake Arrowhead Office) office in closest proximity Blue Jay Office is approximately/within 5 minutes drive-time, next to the Rite Aid, in Blue Jay, CA. Also OPEN from 1pm-3pm. Hope this helps! 👍
