Review below was written 2 months ago. Tried again today and just like in the past: hours posted are not right. They are NOT open 24 hours. At some point in the night, they turn into "only door dash." Then they close. Then they reopen in the morning. Describing themselves as 24 hour is a misnomer. Also not entirely open during the day. And I don't like being contacted by their management and being lied to. 1 star remains. Drive through service at night is non-existent and when they engage you, their explanations are unhelpful or poor. Dine in, is haphazard and hours are not communicated accurately. I'm here after 5 Am and before 11:30 PM.

Update2 ( 10/05/2022) . These guys are very shady, they have started charging for condiments now. Made a purchase today and checked my receipt and $.50 extra for second ranch, when I asked the drive through person she said that is what they do and slammed the drive through door... went inside to speak with the manager. He said he has posted a sign inside. How can drive through folks read a sign posted inside? Least they should have informed me when billing. This is not the norm across other joints.. Had the same issue few months back and head office assured me it wont happen. This franchise is bad for Jack in the box reputation. Update. Customer service reached out to me to address my grievance. Appreciate that they do care about their customer needs and fixed it. This place is not very crowded and serves fast. I have seen the burger taste vary from time to time.. may be they dont change the oil frequently... Off late they put restriction on condiments even in drive through that is one ranch per order and you will need pay for extra.

Consistently fast whether we come for lunch or dinner. Burgers are always fresh. Best Jack-in-the-Box I’ve been to in years.

Hot and fresh Jacks spicy chicken. Respectful and kind staff. Fast drive thru. This location is better than other Jack in the Box’s in the area in my experience

The clerk treat us like garbage he give me his attitude like we did not belong in the restaurant I ask for decaf coffee and he serve me a cool one when I ask for hat he said that I was bother him no body else was in the restaurant his attitude is very bad And he didn’t give his real name he told me that he is Julius I will never will go into any jack in the box if they don’t fix this

Quick and easy breakfast since I was out of coffee. Decided to roll with the special cheddar chicken biscuit sandwich. Biscuits were much softer than the original, chicken was crispy and moist. Needs some sort of sauce on it though - added some hot honey from home to spice it up a notch. Iced caramel coffee always on point.

I order chk fajita and burrito. That burrito was ok but fajita they didn’t cook properly,it’s too cold and junks of tomato’s.i am very disappointed.i had only the chk pieces because I am hungry..
