Friendly service with awesome shoes! I walked in and was greeted by a nice fellow. I shopped. I had a question, they were polite in answering my question. They didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. And there were a very good selection of shoes. Clearance and newer shoes. And lots of those little decorative things they have to click onto the shoes. Good place. I'll be back.

Came 30 min before closing. Long line to get into the store. Waited over 20 min to get in. There were maybe only 5-6 people inside. Doesn't make any sense. And if was the only store in the mall with the line.

Customer Service: On April 26, I bought a pair of their new Lite Air clogs. I was really excited about them, and wore them every day afterwards for work. On May 10 I was just putting them on at work and the strap rivet just snapped completely off. I was shocked and disappointed that my brand new clogs were already broken. I checked high and low if I still had my receipt but no dice because I didn't plan on returning them in the first place. In a last ditch effort I called the store and explained my situation. Worst case scenario I was just going to have to gorilla glue it back together. To my surprise the associate told me to bring my clogs down and have them take a look at it. I went in after work with my girlfriend not really knowing what to expect. I was greeted by the manager, Neesha (sp?), and she was nice enough to offer me an even exchange. I was extremely grateful to say the least and told her the same. This was probably the best customer service experience I've had in a long time, and Neesha deserves all of the credit. She could have just told me there was nothing she could do, or something along those lines but instead offered to make it right without question. And for that I cannot thank her enough. Store: Clean and organized for the most part. Can be a little chaotic and messy during the peak weekend hours. Doesn't have every item from their website, but still a good variety for the most iconic items. Overall still a very good store to get some Crocs.

I went there to exchange an item, drove all the way from Fremont. I checked the time of store closing it's 7:00 pm. When arrived at the store at 6:30 pm they told me that they decided to close early. They asked me I called first to check what time they closing the store. I told them that i checked on line and i went there just to go to their store. The store manager said if they let me in they will let the others too. They should update there Advertisment to say call before coming, don't follow the time indicated. It will be my last time to shop here.......

Very disappointed. Limited selection. Online has better selection of styles and prices. The store had basically the same style in different patterns.

First time being at this store since its difficult figuring out ur true size in crocs. Glad I went to try them on because I was way off in my size.. several sizes off! Different styles fit differently so need different sizes. This store was a madhouse. Too many people inside so there was no 6 feet distance between people as it was so crowed and constantly rubbing shoulders with other shoppers.The cashiers are extremely rude and felt like we were treated horribly with attitudes when asking general questions 😒 🙄. Prices are NOT outlet prices but full retail prices. Worst of all, this place was hot and stuffy inside so was difficult breathing with so many people inside. Don't think I'll ever be back..

I really live my Crocs. I have about a dozen pair. But, I always look for more. I guess Crocs have made a come back for these new gen z peeps. But I just love how light and comfy they feel on my foot that has had 4 surgeries on it in the last 6 yrs. The only thing about this store is that it was not ADA compatible. I am wheelchair bound and could barely fit in the front part of the store. There was so...much more to see; however I was not able to see it. I was very sad about that. It ruined my trip to this store and changed my mind about making a purchase. I guess I will have to stick to online shopping for my crocs and hunting through T.J.Maxx, Marshall's, Ross and DD's Discounts for my crocs. The prices are far better at these stores anyway.

Cashier name Keyanne was super rude, I was trying to figure my Apple Pay out and I told her to give me a minute and that she can help the next customer. Instead of doing what I said, she started giving me attitudes as well as rolling her eyes telling me to hurry up and pay.

I liked the collection, customer service was nice. The only problem is that I got a pair with different sized shoe. I wish if someone could have checked. I will follow up on my review, going to call them today.
