Good collection. Had a terrible experience with the staff though. The sign clearly mentioned that t-shirts were $15 each if you buy three or more. We were charged the full price for the 4th one. They were then adamant on not giving us the discount for the 4th saying that the sign was wrong and asked us to go back to the end of the line if we wanted to return the extra shirt.

Every visit I must stop here. Just to see if something new has arrived. I still waiting for them to bring back the T-shirts I purchased last year. The best I have ever had. Wish they were on their website.

This is for the tall guy in billing section. He said 15% off if I sign up for their rewards program on the day of my purchase. I signed up entering all my details. But he charged me full price for my purchase even after I signed up for their rewards program. And he even didn’t give me bag for my purchase. Very rude and unprofessional.

Today, on September 26, according to 2 associates the store was understaffed and they closed fitting rooms earlier. It was at 6:25 PM on Sunday, According to store hours they close at 7 pm. Two older ladies one with short gray-haired hair another with red hair and pony tail were not only rude and unprofessional, it turned out they lied about staff shortage. 5 minutes later when I walked to the register I counted total of 8 associates. 4 at the counter and 4 on the floor with may be only 5 other shoppers in the store.. Ridiculous. Also this person with the gray-haired short hair slammed the door and scared my children! Crazy!

It was pretty much what you'd expect from a Levi's Outlet store. But I will say that the pricing did NOT seem to be reduced all that much (if at all) compared to retail. The music was a bit too loud. (& no, I'm not THAT old...yet 😎) My son & I had to keep talking into each other's ear just to be heard. But the store was really clean, well merched & the employees were friendly & helpful.

I have been shopping there for the last 3 years, the store is great . All the staffs who work there are very friendly and helpful . The managers are are friendly especially the ladies. On December 2 ,2020 which the last day of promotion everything %50 off , and I really wanted to buy a lot of T Shirts . I wanted to buy like 15 Or 20 T-Shirts for my Friends and families. And then one of the guys whose name is John( tall Hispanic guy never smile )came up then said that u could not buy them because you a bulk buyer . Then he told the manger who’ name is Angel something to talk to me . Mr Angel who is the manager told me that I could not completely buy any single T -short at all today because I’m a bulk buyer or I buy a lot . He told me to call the Levi’s ‘s number which is Consumer relationships in order to buy a lot of stuffs . What is the points . Every years I always buy a lot of T Shirt from the Levi’s store I spent at least $500 and up at Levi’s store because they have a good promotions or good deals especially before or after Thanksgiving’s Day. . That why I buy a lot. As I mentioned early all the staffs or employees who work there nice and helpful , but the Manager whose name Angel and John are totally very rude . They are not friendly , helpful, and disrespectful.

This store in particular makes it very hard for you to make an exchange. I went to exchange jeans I purchased 4 days prior, and the associate claimed that I couldn’t exchange since the tags were removed and it is their “store policy”. No where on the receipt does it say the tags must be on, only that you need the receipt or proof of purchase. They then claimed I couldn’t exchanged them because I washed them. You don’t wash Levi’s, but she insisted I had washed them. Just a warning to anyone looking to buy their merchandise. Would recommend the company put a clause on their receipt saying this “store policy”.

Kind friendly staff. Easy to browse and find what your looking for. They have stickers on ground to help with 6ft and are doing there best to handle staying open during the panademic. Worth a look. Men I suggest 511 style they fit so nice. Slim/tall.
