For two weeks I have had a package lost in the abyss of UPS. The fact is that once I dropped off my package at this store there is no more record of it at all. I called the store and the older lady, owner, answered. Politely, I started to explain my issue but she cut me off, saying all pkgs always get put in the box for pickup. I tried to ask if my package might have been overlooked, she raised her voice saying, It is not in my store! I said, losing patience, how do you know, you haven't even asked me for the tracking number! And I hung up. Rudest Lady EVER! Now I'm dealing with UPS directly. Two weeks now and no sign of my package. Once I left it with this store there is no more record of it, it has not been scanned at all. I think it is in that store, being overlooked, I don't care what the angry lady says. Ups is talking to her.

Real unprofessional employees. Closing time was 6:30 and I reached there at 6:27 with a prepaid labelled box. She saw me but not bothered to open the door. Way to go with the attitude. Kudos

Initially this store did a great job at getting me the box I needed. I shipped a medium size round table to myself from CA to PA. I packaged it according to their recommendations. I received the table in PA and it was destroyed. It looked like it fell off a fork lift a number of times. I have filed a claim with UPS. I have learned that the store that ships a package that is claimed as damaged will give the “okay” to have UPS reimburse the receiver. This store denied my claim. UPS Customer service has specified that the table is not worth the $500 insurance and that it was not sufficiently packaged. I have tried calling this store numerous times to talk about my claim and they will not answer my calls. I called repeatedly and it got to the point that the phone would not even ring because it was “busy”. I can understand if a store is busy but at least answer the phone and ask me to wait. I will be following up with this store until I am paid what I am owed. UPS destroyed an antique table that is valued at $1000. All I’m asking for is $500. It doesn’t matter how well a box is packaged. If it was crushed and falling apart like the way I received it, nothing would have prevented it from falling apart.

A lot of people were outside hoping to get in and they would not open the door. The Indian woman was rude (she always is anyway) and decided she was done for the day. Literally, 15 people were outside standing, upset, waiting to get in and perplexed that she closed the doors before the store's normal hrs of operation. I will not rest until I get hold of the owner. One thing for sure, they will never have my business again. Also, there are many more UPS stores popping up all around. I will sure avoid this one.

I had to mail several envelopes this morning to two different addresses and went in as soon as they opened. The lady working was friendly and really helpful. She helped me pick out just the right size larger envelopes to group the smaller ones into so I could save money instead of sending them individually. I don't understand all of the negative reviews, like people think she personally sets the prices or can control anything else that UPS sets as their policy. Sometimes good, friendly service is worth paying a litte bit more for shipping.

To service like that, the lady told me that there is a service charge of 3.79 in addition to photo copy fee. That also with an attitude that I am doing a felony. Can I believe this. All the other reviews makes total sense. I just went to office max and got the copies without any kind of service fee

HORRIBLE! Wish there were zero stars. My worst experience with any store in many years. They charged exorbitant rates and then made a series of errors. I treated them with honesty and civility while asking them to correct the problems. They were surly and rude, and accused me of lying, until I provided proof of what I was saying. Since they couldn't argue with the facts, they gave me a long series of lies, and ACTUALLY THREATENED to "LOSE" my shipped items. I ended up paying ADDITIONAL for their mistakes, just to get my stuff delivered. UNBELIEVABLE---TOTAL RIPOFF! Save your money and USE FEDEX OR USPS! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!

I had to call UPS Store Corp. because I had my boxes shipped to this store. I had called them to say that I would pick it up on NOV 18th. Everything was fine then on Wed. NOV 15th , the store called me and said I needed to pick them up that day or they would send it back. Hence I called Corp. because you can't just give a customer a 1 day notice, and they failed to tell me that one of my boxes was damaged when it was received...I find that suspicious. I called **Original Review*** They called me today, on a Wed. to tell me that they are shipping my boxes back. Yes, you read correctly. They didn't give me a day or 2 or 3, etc. They called me to tell me that if I can't pick up my boxes by the end of the business day that they will ship them back today.

$2.50 fee for a peepee of tape. I've never heard of that at a UPS Store. I would have used my own damn tape. Women working there has very poor customer service. Scoffed at me when I said I had never been charged for tape at other UPS Stores. I won't give them my business again.

The box was in perfect shape, it had only been used once. The woman working quoted me $167, before paying I confirmed the delivery date, she told me a week because "it was cheaper for me." I had already told her it needs to be there in two days. The new quote was now $224. At this point I decided to take my package to FedEx. They took the box as is with no comment about its condition. For the two day shipping I paid $103. This UPS store wanted to charge me an additional $121 for the exact same service. It was well worth the walk across the street to FedEx.
