Honestly, extremely pleased with the service, pricing and the installation of my signs. What a relied that they were able to handle all aspects from the permit/planning/design to the manufacture and installation, even getting the permits signed off afterwards. If I ever need repairs on my signs, they said they can do that too. I highly recommend this company to everybody for any sign related projects. For two weeks I have had a package lost in the abyss of UPS. The fact is that once I dropped off my package at this store there is no more record of it at all. I called the store and the older lady, owner, answered. Politely, I started to explain my issue but she cut me off, saying all pkgs always get put in the box for pickup. I tried to ask if my package might have been overlooked, she raised her voice saying, It is not in my store! I said, losing patience, how do you know, you haven't even asked me for the tracking number! And I hung up. Rudest Lady EVER! Now I'm dealing with UPS directly. Two weeks now and no sign of my package. Once I left it with this store there is no more record of it, it has not been scanned at all. I think it is in that store, being overlooked, I don't care what the angry lady says. Ups is talking to her. ~rebecca

First off, I don't think that the staff in this post office are rude. Perhaps the lady should know better that she's calling on a holiday. And that the gentleman who answered her call just answered it to tell her that they are closed. I think the lady who called is the RUDE one. 😂 My personal feedback:. Since starting with The Swenson Group years ago, I have nothing to say, except it has been a fantastic experience. We have gone over machine changes at least twice with them so far and each time the experience has been flawless. The service is top notch, we call with an issue and they send someone out, usually on the same day. If I call with a question, I get an answer. My firm has four offices, one in the bay area and the service we get from Swenson trained service is top notch and no matter who they send out, they know what they are doing and always have a smile on their face. Swenson has delivered on everything they have promised me at sales calls. If they think they can save me money, they put a suggestion out and leave it up to me to decide. There is no high pressure to get the newest and greatest because they know that is not how my firm operates. We tend to hang on to technology for a long time. For example, all our secretaries had printers in their stations some of which were 10 years old or older. Swenson has been servicing them for years and came to me with a proposal that we replace them all with brand new color printers for less money monthly then we were paying to service and support those 10+ year old printers. We agreed it made sense for us and out with the old and in with the new. They brought the new ones in, set them up, took the old ones away and everybody is happy. I would recommend The Swenson Group to anyone without reservation. ~Margaret

Nice place, clean & organized. Decent prices on clothes & housewares but their dated electronics are too high & their furniture seemed a bit costly. Nice place overall would stop by again if I’m in the area. ~Alberto

I can't share to much as I can never seem to go when the doors are open. Every single time I go there is a sign up that says be back in 15 min. I over looked this the first few times but once again it happened to me today. When I got there today the sign was once again already up. There were 2 ladies sitting at the table close by and said the sign had already been there for over 15 min. And laughed! I remained there for another 30 min plus and still no one came back to open the store. I post this finally as maybe someone can please do something about this. As you can read in the reviews I am not the only one to experience this same issue. Your store is losing money hand over fist. Please fix this issue!! ~cali

first time went to this place before going to work and as I entered 🤯 this store has a lot of comics, figures, Statues, cards. Next time on my day off I'll spent at least an hour to browse the comics that I needed to collect. hopefully there's a discount on old comics. ~J

I had the best customer service experience from Ronalin the Floor Lead at this store. After double checking her store for my size, she went above and beyond to track down and order the 2 pairs of shoes I really wanted. She went the extra mile to place a regular order and an order from another store. She made sure I had all the information I would need to track my orders. She was phenomenal. Greatly appreciated her diligence to satisfy the customer. I made sure to let her manager know. Thank you again Ronalin. ~Balita
