Nice place, clean & organized. Decent prices on clothes & housewares but their dated electronics are too high & their furniture seemed a bit costly. Nice place overall would stop by again if I’m in the area.

Almost too organized now 😐 Although the store does look great now with the current manager I do not find myself spending as much time or money there any longer. When shopping at this type of store I prefer the hunt & usually find & purchase something I am not looking for while searching for something else however everything is so organized now I never get the chance to come across anything I did not know I wanted until I see it. Average time spent in store before was 60 + mins Now I am in & out in 30.

Not for Struggling families or the Working Poor. Today I took my 73 year old mother to the St. Vincent de Paul in Livermore, she needed to find a dining table set. My mother is on SSI and food stamps, so we we were really hoping to find a good deal on a table made with durable quality materials, but for less than $100-bucks or less. Which is a pretty reasonable expectation at a thrift store. We were horrified today at the absurd inflated prices! A kitchen table made of cheap pressed wood and plastic with only two chairs was priced at $300-bucks ($299) DID I MENTION THE TABLE WAS MISSING CHAIRS??? How can you justify these prices for used, barely fictional furniture?!?! This is supposed to be a Faith-Based based charity organization. But there was no charity to be found here. (PLEASE DON’T DONATE YOUR ITEMS HERE IF YOU WANT TO HELP STRUGGLING PEOPLE) Every piece of furniture here is at retail price. We saw used mirrors here at $75 dollars, that (new) would only cost $30-dollars at TJ Max What is is logic behind your pricing? How do you calculate these hiked up price tags? I will be writing directly to the Vincent De Paul organization, to personally inquire and submit a complaint about the pricing at this location. I want an explanation. Thank you

Threw my things away and refused to take toys and and other items. The guy was as rude as ever. Told me to stop waisting his time with pillows.

Very friendly people, however during pick-up orders, it's not unusual to wait five minutes before being acknowledged. Just a suggestion, please add a bell to notify employees that one's waiting. Once again, a wonderful staff.

Caution when donating here Donated a X-large sized reusable shopping bag filled with clothing like they claim they are in need of. Before I pulled out of the lot the attendant was already throwing perfectly good clothing into another bin outside of the trailer I assume it didn't meet their standard for what is needed?

Rude Employees: when I asked prices of items she asked "your going to make me tell you all the prices of this stuff?" Only one item was marked with a price. Everything else has a colored tag ...You go to a board in the center of the store that has the price associated with color. All prices have "AND UP" after the price listed. I shop at the thrift store to save money. Also, no dressing rooms and no refund policy.

I have given and purchased many different items here over the years. I have always had great service from the staff. The prices always seem fair for a thrift store. You can always find a great deal on something you can use rather than buying new.

I would like to say. What A Different A Change Makes I visit thrift stores at least four times a week. The St.Vincent's de Paul location in Livermore was a store that I would avoid, due to HORRIBLE customer service and it was ALWAYS a mess. This is no longer true. New Management. Now Its a delight to walk in and be greeted with a cheery hello and smile. You would not believe its the same store. Now, clean and organized. Great job!!
