Ok tell me if im wrong but shouldn't a shoe store sell shoe laces if it sells shoes that need laces ? Very disappointed i couldn't find laces for my other pair of sketchers now i gotta go to walmart or target to get laces

I had the best customer service experience from Ronalin the Floor Lead at this store. After double checking her store for my size, she went above and beyond to track down and order the 2 pairs of shoes I really wanted. She went the extra mile to place a regular order and an order from another store. She made sure I had all the information I would need to track my orders. She was phenomenal. Greatly appreciated her diligence to satisfy the customer. I made sure to let her manager know. Thank you again Ronalin.

They call it an outlet, which would indicate that the cost is less. I found the shoes I was looking for, but the cost!!!! I paid $50 for one and $80 for the other. I only saved $15 dollars from original cost? Going to check the website next time.

I usually don't post reviews but I really have to give Gabby a huge shoutout! She helped me when I came with my mother who has terrible feet problem and super picky. She showed us tons of styles and was super friendly. She even got me to buy a pair of shoes, which I have to say are the most comfortable shoes ever. It was one of the best experiences I had at any shoe store.

Great store but not much of sale going at the outlet. You expect more items on sale at the outlet store, not full priced items. I would rather go to a mall store if I have to pay full price.

I went in with high hopes of finding sandles that I had searched online. But sadly there were more of walking and running shoes instead of flats or heels. Collection was okay, not awesome I would say. Still, its a good brand so you should check it out if you happen to be here.

Nice selection. Helpful workers. Not inexpensive. I like their comfortable walking shoes that look like more fancy shoes. It lets you look fancy while your feet are comfortable walking around all day. Their sneakers and shoes are stylish.
