I had the best customer service experience from Ronalin the Floor Lead at this store. After double checking her store for my size, she went above and beyond to track down and order the 2 pairs of shoes I really wanted. She went the extra mile to place a regular order and an order from another store. She made sure I had all the information I would need to track my orders. She was phenomenal. Good collection. Had a terrible experience with the staff though. The sign clearly mentioned that t-shirts were $15 each if you buy three or more. We were charged the full price for the 4th one. They were then adamant on not giving us the discount for the 4th saying that the sign was wrong and asked us to go back to the end of the line if we wanted to return the extra shirt. ~kaushik

I really like the new Asics shoes I bought. They feel so comfortable on my feet. Charlene helped me choose a pair to buy and she asked me to walk so she can see what the issue was with my foot. I tend to walk with my tippy toes because the pain in my heel and ankles. She found the perfect pair for me with a clearance on it too. Originally 120$ and bought them for only 70$. Good deal. Extremely rude staff. The girl from the staff was emotion less and agitated! Not interested in attending me! The other tall guy from the staff keeps scratching his body for the complete 1 hour I spent there. Ewww! See a dermatologist bro. You are dirty! The 3rd and the last staff boy with white hair, bears the whole customers and was awesome. Speaks politely, attends and guides well. I bought 2 Nike Vapourmax and 1 QC office shoes. All thanks for the 3rd staff guy who helped me with that. ~Aaditya

Terrible customer service. We walk in at 6:50pm, 10 minutes before closing. An old Asian lady tells us they are closing in 10 minutes right in front of my face and girlfriends. Then telling us she is closing the door. We ignore it and scroll around; look at a bag that my girlfriend liked. She then tells us again that we have to pay now or we leave. There was many people still in the store. They supposedly closing the cash register. She was pressuring us to buy the bag and end up not getting it just because of that. We were at Gucci earlier and they were closed while we were inside. Not a single word about closing or you must leave the store because we are closed. Kate Spade outlet service is rude and unprofessional. Never coming back. ~Gabriel
