I called this location ahead of time looking for a particular shoe before I made a 45mim drive. I spoke with Brianna whom was very pleasant over the phone. Once I got to the store, I liked how tidy it is. Everyone is greeted when coming in, so the customers feel welcomed. Jasmine rung my order up and is very helpful. They're both friendly and attentive. Thanks for the great customer service. Also there was a power outage today and the staff did a great job informing everyone and multi-tasking. Thank you both. I had a great first time experience here.

We ended up buying at the store because of its quality, but one of the associates’ attitude was quite poor. I would buy again at Steve Madden (probably), but not at this store.

I was just here recently doing some last minute Christmas shopping. I was helped by Jaren, who was super helpful and kind. I was referred to Jaren from another location that didn't have what I was looking for. Jaren held a pair of boots I was searching for and thanks to them I was able to get the perfect gift for my wife. Thanks Jaren!!!

Amazing selection of shoes I honestly wanted to buy them all, this seasons styles are really relatable. The girls that were working when I came in to shop were PHENOMENAL! I had the most pleasurable experience. Help was given when it was needed and was noticed when needed. Everyone working made shopping such a blast. (Thank you!) Talk about some retail therapy, this is the place to go!
