Terrible customer service. We walk in at 6:50pm, 10 minutes before closing. An old Asian lady tells us they are closing in 10 minutes right in front of my face and girlfriends. Then telling us she is closing the door. We ignore it and scroll around; look at a bag that my girlfriend liked. She then tells us again that we have to pay now or we leave. There was many people still in the store. They supposedly closing the cash register. She was pressuring us to buy the bag and end up not getting it just because of that. We were at Gucci earlier and they were closed while we were inside. Not a single word about closing or you must leave the store because we are closed. Kate Spade outlet service is rude and unprofessional. Never coming back. ~Gabriel
