Went in the store to look around and the white cashier lady with fried blonde hair was so disrespectful and rude to me & called me a “beaner” && She flicked my hand when I touched this glass door that she had opened with her greasy fingers and made me feel terrible! Never going back ! Worst store ever!!!!!

Oh my goodness what an amazing experience. The owner of the store is so helpful, intelligent, and knowledgeable about her products. I had many questions about a variety of things all over the store and she was able to educate me and help me find what I wanted without being condescending or rude. All of these reviews saying she's rude.... I can tell you're tourists. Probably from the valley. The sense of entitlement these people have is LUDICROUS. Which brings me to my experience today. Owner? Brilliant. I'll come back when I have the money to buy what I really want. The patrons? Jesus Christ.... First of all, the front door says "do not touch anything, no photography, please ask for assistance." Then you get inside and there are clear, black and white labels, on EVERYTHING, saying "DO NOT TOUCH!! ASK FOR ASSISTANCE!!!" Just as clear to understand as the crystals they sell. There's a display, elevated beyond any child's reach, that says again "DO NOT TOUCH!! SERIOUSLY, THIS IS DEADLY!" And what would you know? Some entitled woman and her snotty kid touched it. I think the dad was holding the kid up and allowed him to touch it. The owner informed him to stop and that could kill, which is when they blew up on her!! They said "he's 5 he can't read!" I'm sorry, but what 5 year old can't understand no? You're the parent, it's your job to read. Anyways they blew up on her and she was still smiling and polite despite them literally insulting her and her business. She asked them to leave, very kindly, and to even have a good day. The spoiled brat of a mother told her "I'm gonna leave a bad review!!" And then again insulted her. I laughed and right as I was about to intervene, the couple left. Excuse you!! She does not get paid enough to deal with you. She does not get paid enough to be held liable for YOU not reading the signs. They're the same kind of people who argue with the towing guy saying "I didn't see the sign you need to move it!!" When it's right in front of them. Oh and BTW, I've included a picture of what the kid touched. Tell me that's not CRYSTAL CLEAR?! Another patron was able to take this picture after getting permission from the owner. I hope those people come to write their "bad review" and see this. You should be embarrassed because the rest of us had a full conversation about it after you left!!

We love this store! My son has been enjoying this store since he was 6 years old and and now he is 13, he loves learning about all the rocks, fossils, bugs, animals from the owner/employees for many years. I was recently in the store with my son, again enjoying the day, when a woman/husband was giving the owner a hard time about the exposed materials that their son had touched. Which is weird because the sign displayed "Do Not Touch" is there for a reason. As a parent you are to watch your children in any store you go to. If your child can not read, then you as a parent need to explain to them what "Do Not Touch" means. I thought that's what parenting was about, teaching and educating your children how to behave in public/stores. Jurassic Fossils is a store that is educational, like a museum. Are you allowed to touch items in a museum? Hmmm, I doubt it!!! After this outbreak from the rude woman/husband in the store, I approached the owner and told her how we have enjoyed this store for many years and that it was my son's birthday coming up. She went behind the counter and handed me a box wrapped up and to give to my son for his birthday. It was totally unexpected and very generous. We will continue to support Jurassic Fossils as they have always been so kind. Note to customers: Please be respectful and don't act like a bunch of F'ing Karens!

So many cool stones and fossils!! The owner is clearly passionate about them, too, and will tell you all sorts of cool things about what she has, if you ask her about specific stones/fossils 😁. Plus they sell duck food. Check this place out! :D

Very cool stuff and so well displayed. Amazing amount of fossils, crystals, jewelry, and more. And the owner, Kelly was very gracious.

If you like crystals and cool rocks you’ll love this place. Everything is fragile, so keep your sticky loud kids outside or you’ll get yelled at.

The owner of this store is very knowledgeable about minerals, and the origins of the many curious and delightful objects on display here. It's wonderful to have a shop like this at the village, with a rich and spanning array of fossils that formed over millions of years as mineral deposits replaced the remains of now ancient creatures.

This is one of the coolest store in the Village, all the folks making negative reviews either took a joke too seriously or have children who broke something and were subject to the "you break it you buy it" rule. Mind you, this store is not kid friendly as there are toxic minerals as well as knives, so letting your kids touch random things in the store subjects you as a parent to child abuse, be responsible; tell your kids to keep their hands to themselves, or better yet have them keep their hands in their pockets! I personally know everyone who works there, for people who think they're rude; sorry, but the store doesn't sell brains for you, wise up.

I’ve visited 5 times in 7 days to try to see this shop and every time I go they’re not open at a time marked open. Tried again today and they have completely different hours they’ve just posted on their door… and they’re still closed. When are you supposed to go shopping in Arrowhead? Seems like never.

Two stars for location and view, pretty shop in a pretty area off the lake but you will pay many $$$$ to purchase anything in this store. Save you money and find another source for your rocks and crystals. Many years spent hounding rocks and this is one of the most expensive shops I've been to.
