They were very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Basically they're pretty cool people. Definitely knew their stuff. I go from Grand Rapids to Big Rapids alot. I'd rather come to this store.

They are not very helpful or even courteous if you aren't a big spender or a gamer. The prices are ridiculous too, in my opinion.

In an age where everything is virtual and items are purchased online, it's nice to have this little piece of retro heaven to wander through, even if there isn't quite the vast selection of collectibles as in the days of yore. Huge bonus though, I'm pretty sure Kratos works here... If you've stopped in you know...

I love the variety and selection that they provide for electronics, consoles, games, and even nostalgia items; their willingness to help when in need. I am disappointed that lately they have been out of PS4s and Nintendo switch consoles, then again it is near Christmas LOL. Their team is extraordinarily friendly and extremely helpful, always assisting and explaining deals and ways to help customers save money thank you for your hard work.

Store is set up nice, the displays look cool, lots of different products despite the small size. Clean, easy to navigate. Employees are generally friendly and helpful. Usually have the stuff I want in stock but if not, they can order. Only complaint is my partner was looking for a used PS4 controller and they didnt have any in stock. I personally have been happy with my service and the atmosphere, having shopped at this location for over a decade.
