I always feel like I'm having a sale forced on me when I shop at GameStop. The workers are super friendly and they do their job fine, but every step of the transaction feels bogged down by upselling.

Very friendly service, I had an issue with the main dock to a used switch i bought called them up, they had me bring it in was switched it out for me. They even made sure the new one would work before I left with it.

Worst experience i ever had at gamestop the associate Vincente was watching me the whole time i was shopping as if going to steal something i am black male who have been shopping at this location for over a decade all the other associates and managers are great to me 5 star service but this Vincente was given me a stare down that made feel uncomfortable because i wanted to confront about him but i didn't when i made my purchases i told him have a nice day he didn't say anything so i said it again have a nice day and he said u too with a attitude,if u black watch him watching u

I rarely ever leave reviews even if the service was awful but this was the first time I ever felt physically uncomfortable in a store. I was shopping and just looking for christmas presents and the guy followed me through the store constantly asking if i he could help find something. After telling him four times I'm just looking I could see him staring at me constantly from behind the counter as if i was stealing something. I left without purchasing anything even though i saw some cool things and I will never visit this one again.

Was only there to get out of the heat, but the workers were attentive as expected, shop was clean, and a Nintendo Switch demo kiosk was set up which helped generate interest and get a taste for several games available to demo. Selection was solid for the size of the shop.
