Never make your kitchen with those people. They did my counter top and back splash. There is a gap between the back splash and the wall. And I'm calling them for almost 3 months and they never called me back. I did it through home depot. Home depot trying to call them and they also didn't respod to their calls. Don't be stupid and go with those people.

There’s no attention to detail. The woman I dealt with kept pushing out our cabinet delivery date out. When we finally received the cabinets, at least two where damaged. The woman told us that it would take months to get them replaced so we decided to keep them. We had to go back to a few times to get the wastebaskets and only received one. They said they where going to order more but until this day haven’t received the second one.

Very large selection. Accommodating and would definitely return. The only reason I didn't proceed with a purchase is that they do not have a license to do business in Pennsylvania. If I needed some smaller pieces that don't need a delivery or installation will visit again

A++ If your looking for Granite for a great price Maple Tree Kitchen & Bath is the place to go. They don’t just sell Granite but other types of materials as well. The service was excellent!! We needed about 85 square feet of Countertop and Maple Tree had plenty of Granite slabs in stock to remodel our beautiful kitchen. (You can’t even see the line connecting two pieces together). I am extremely impressed with the service I received and the quality of product. I highly recommend this business to anyone either building or remodeling your home.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was given the absolute worst customer service. My husband and I are redoing our small kitchen and we have a budget in mind for each part of the reno. We showed up to maple tree after I found them online and after reading reviews, I was excited to see there granite collection. The women helping us, Linda, seemed just bothered to even help us the minuite I started asking about different price points. She never once asked what cabinet color I chose, or what style look I was going for- nothing.She just walked through pointing out what was 45$ -a sq foot. Than when I asked about larger left over piece she told me and my husband to walk around back if I wanted to see those- she couldn’t even be bothered to walk with us to show us. When I found a slab I liked I went inside to ask about it and she told me that I needed to measure it to make sure it could even work. I said I didn’t because I don’t have a measuring tape (I didn’t know the customer was supposed to measure their own slabs) so she said she could come out in a little she has other things she needs to do first - at that point I said never mind I’m just going to go. I was so upset because no matter what size the project is you are doing for your home, you are spending your hard earned money and to be treated like your project, just because it is smaller is a waste of time is so unprofessional. You never know who a person is or who they know and what referrals they can bring to your business in the long run. As a RE agent in the area, I will now never recommend any of my clients redoing there kitchens with them. You would think that every sale counts no matter what size, but not to this company.

Great local company! They do a wonderful job on all of our kitchens we sell. They install at least 5 kitchens a month and have never had a problem. Template to installation is quick and easy! AND they have a great selection of quartz as well as granite. I would suggest always going to look on a clear day free of rain for at least a couple days before you go so that the slab is exactly what you want. I am so happy with my experience with Maple Tree kitchens. Our quartz looks gorgeous and was installed four dash after picking out my slab! Jeannie and Scott were great to work with. They truly were a bit more inexpensive than Home Depot also who had a 3-4 week turn around for quartz. My only suggestion for improvement would be it’s a bit hard to get ahold of a rep by phone, there should be one main admin phone line.

Great company to deal with. My son is a builder and recommended this company. They were less than half of another company I got an estimate from. The person I met when I first went in, Diane was professional and nice. The person that measured was spot on and professional. Install was perfect with no measuring mistakes. The installers were professional and neat. They even caulked so I had minimal touch up painting to do. The countertops are stunning. Highly Recommend.

Extremely pleased with the service we received from maple tree. We looked other places prior to stopping here and we're very happy we chose to look just one more place. The options were great and the slab we chose was beautiful. They were helpful in meeting all our needs and we had our brand new countertops installed within a week. Will definitely use them for our other projects.
