Walked in here late in the day and the lovely staff made time to meet my wife and I right before closing to help us set up our account. Joseph was a consumate professional and very engaging. Had an absolute pleasure working with him and were it not for us moving soon I would continue to come to this location just for his services. One of the best experiences with BoA that I have ever had.

This location BofA considers true cost cutting, they should seriously consider closing this branch. It doesn't serve the purpose. I waiting 20 min for make appointment for open a new account and workers just don’t care about customer waiting without answers

The sign says they open at 8am. I got to the door of the bank at 8:14 am and did not see a single person in sight. I have a very tight schedule. This is unacceptable. Thank God I don't bank with this bank (although I was considering it since so many of my clients do). I was only here to cash a clients check.

I have been a Bank of America customer for many years across many states. Of all my experiences, Tamera (manager) is above and beyond. She is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and communicates with purpose. I would highly recommend this branch of Bank of America for excellent banking needs.

Let this review stand as a direct testament to the high caliber of people I encountered at Bank Of America, huge thanks to Mr. Marc Kleiman who did not stop helping me from the moment I applied for a Home loan to the very closing of it. Marc helped me understand the process of he application and keep me updated of the status of my loan all the way till closing. Five stars is not enough to express my gratitude for him and his team at BOA. ... Thanks Marc!

Nice and helpful staff. Has two ATMs outside so at lunch time they are pretty busy. If you have any account/credit related questions you could be sure to be helped here. But once they were too lazy to cash my check and sent me to the ATM instead of doing this at the counter.

My very first banking experience in the US and definitely one to remember! I was pleasantly surprised at the attitude of the staff, their professionalism, their courtesy and the overall service quality for opening a new account.

If BofA considers true cost cutting, they should seriously consider closing this branch. It doesn't serve the purpose. It's one of the worst customer services I have experienced. I need to cash out about $6,600 from my employer's prepaid Cashpay card, where my employer puts my pay in. They told me they could not do it over the counter and I would have to use ATM machine with cash advance. I kindly reminded them this is a BofA prepaid cash card not a credit card, PLUS I completed the same cash withdrawn transaction in another BofA branch located about 15 min walk away two months ago, so this is complete doable!. The teller said OK, she had to check the manager, and manager agreed that this could be done, but they ran out of $100 bills. EXCUSE ME? One of the biggest bank in US with a branch in "Financial Center" location is telling me that they don't have $100 bills. And she gave me a face like saying "I bet you don't want $20 bills, go f yourself". That's worse, she added at the end "you can still try ATM, but you would have to do it 12 times yourself". I seriously wish ATMs take over their jobs. I'm not kidding! I could just request them to pay me 330 $20 bills, but apparently, I'm not the same ja as they do, as I don't want to hold the line. And I will be very surprised if this branch still exists in the years to come.
