If I could give them negative stars, I would. Asian Teller was absolutely terrible at doing his job. Asked me for my social security number while having my passport and to fill in paperwork that was his job to do. I had to confront him to do what I asked which was to deposit cash and not fish for my personal info. And he finally assisted me. I’d fire that guy in a second if I were managing that bank location. He spoils the image of BOFA which I dearly love. ~olga

Walked in here late in the day and the lovely staff made time to meet my wife and I right before closing to help us set up our account. Joseph was a consumate professional and very engaging. Had an absolute pleasure working with him and were it not for us moving soon I would continue to come to this location just for his services. One of the best experiences with BoA that I have ever had. ~James
