If I could give them negative stars, I would. Asian Teller was absolutely terrible at doing his job. Asked me for my social security number while having my passport and to fill in paperwork that was his job to do. I had to confront him to do what I asked which was to deposit cash and not fish for my personal info. And he finally assisted me. I’d fire that guy in a second if I were managing that bank location. He spoils the image of BOFA which I dearly love.

I’d have given a negative star if possible, my family went their for opening an account, but the teller gave contradicted instructions and caused us made several trips but still unsuccessful. During the process she showed zero patience and customer service and was being extremely rude, when we felt really upset and requested to talk to branch manager for a clear guidance, she said I’m the manager with a smug face!

Employee was trying to sell me different type of banking accounts which I didn't need, had no great additional value (Researched more when I got home), especially as a customer who didn't understand banking or finance at all. Made my life more difficult

Came in early in the morning after losing my card, Sarita was so patient and helpful in helping me receive my needed information. She was very kind and had no issues with me walking in multiple times, she really saved the day! Will be coming here again :)

Horrible customer service all they want to do is setting a pin number, just for every little thing, waited an hour and only one cashier at the counter who only can do checking in service....

System supposedly down and no sense of working with the customer instead of just a few clicks to try to tell us to leave. I’m truly unhappy with my experience at this branch as the customer service here was non existent. Over the phone I’ve only had great experiences with BoA.

Unsurprised by the bad reviews since it is consistent with the service here. Absolute no sense of customer service. The manager of the place was literally just delegating to others, while she had customers waiting, and counting down the time until she could leave and shut the center down vs. actually be helpful. Awful experience! Feedback to BofA if you are seeing this: Automate the heck out of a Financial Center since these sort of centers are of no use to actual customers and just drag your brand name down. P.S. Please do not post the standard response, since it seems super mechanical / bot-generated. Kindly recruit better, proactive, customer-centric people in Financial Centers. Or, just don't have it at all.
