Bank of America Financial Center

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Asian Teller was absolutely terrible at doing his job. Asked me for my social security number while having my passport and to fill in paperwork that was his job to do. I had to confront him to do what I asked which was to deposit cash and not fish for my personal info. And he finally assisted me. Iā€™d fire that guy in a second if I were managing that bank location. He spoils the image of BOFA which I dearly love. ~olga

Bank of America (Lobby Service Only)

Walked in here late in the day and the lovely staff made time to meet my wife and I right before closing to help us set up our account. Joseph was a consumate professional and very engaging. Had an absolute pleasure working with him and were it not for us moving soon I would continue to come to this location just for his services. One of the best experiences with BoA that I have ever had. ~James

Wells Fargo Bank

I would've given 1 star if I could. Spoke to my lawyer about possibly pursuing a discrimination case with 2 of the tellers at this branch. Came in one afternoon on my lunch break to withdraw a large sum from my account ($10,000). They took my driver's license (okay) identity purposes, slid my card (okay) was told the had to make a few calls, mind you never gave back my license. So I am literally standing there for at least 7 minutes. When next to me a gentleman came in (white man) stated he wanted to withdraw $10,000 . The only security check sought of speak, was he being told by the teller..he had to call the bank to state he's coming to withdraw a large amount. I was still standing there feeling humiliated. I asked for my license several times, because he acted as if he didn't want to give it back. After work I went to the Wells Fargo in my hometown to withdraw the same amount of money, and did so with no problem whatsoever. These people are mean and depressing. Something needs to be done besides the owner saying he's sorry. Lisa ~Lisa
