Well assorted and organized store. Staff is professional, helpful and super nice. I love that I can get a propane tank topped off and only pay by the pound, and not a full tank price. Garden supplies (which is I mostly shop for) and products are competitively priced.

Called no one knew what was in inventory on did not want to walk the store to check. Looked on line said it was in inventory but clerk said they did not know. Zero stars!,,

They had everything I needed and lots more for livestock and pets to farm and garden supplies. Employees were helpful and friendly. The store was clean and everything was well organized. There is plenty of parking available and handicap parking is available for those who may need it.

I rate it a 1 star due should be rated a zero to the fact I purchased chickens that were females of different breeds. I only purchased females per the sign read. Over the next months my daughter and I raised them to find mostly roosters. I contacted the Berlin store never and they never resolved the issue. I contacted via email customer service and they said if you did it online we could refund you but you went to the store. What. Sounds like I bought the wrong product advertised per the sign and they do not want to take responsibility for the mistake. I am sure they don’t want roosters returned. Lousy business I will not go back here again or order online as we use to. Online or instore its all the same.

Believe it or not, this is one of the best places to get dog food. Look for diamond naturals. Check it out on dog food advisor, one of the best and most affordable. Friendly staff, lots of good stuff for anyone who likes a bit of homesteading, do it yourself, gardening, farming, etc.

One of the greatest stores to shop! Employees are amazingly friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and the neighbor's club is an awesome rewards program, not to mention they have in house credit for all your big ticket purchases, if you haven't shopped here yet, you should!!
