I love this charming store! We sold a condo and closed on a four bedroom house two days before I was cooking Thanksgiving dinner at our home several hours away. It was a hectic time, but the professionals at Perfect Furnishings made everything happen smoothly. Their recommendations were perfect! Our furniture is lovely - I couldn't be more pleased. Even the delivery people were amazing. I can say with confidence this store was named perfectly!

Very bad customer service. Ordered the wrong sofa cover and I sent it back she did not respond for 2 months and basically said you signed off on the wrong one so your problem. I plan to sue her. She is only nice when you buying from her.

I just furnished my house at the beach by Perfect Furnishings and they were excellent. The owner showed great attention to detail and walked me thru the process seamlessly. I would highly recommend them for all your furniture needs.

The ladies phone presence needs to be greatly improved. Highly unprofessional. Having worked at corporate companies I found their unpolished telephone skills brusque and really needs some work. I guess that's what happens when you own a business in an upscale tourist trap like Bethany. You can be as rude as you would like to be.

That one star is a gift! My first visit to this store was approximately 6 months ago. When I entered not one person acknowledged my presence and two women were sitting at the front desk. I looked around for awhile, and left. I thought perhaps they were just having a bad day. I have since returned 4 more times and every time, have either been ignored or had my questions answered in an extremely abrupt manner. I actually entered the store today, ready to purchase a chandelier that had caught my eye during the last vist, and even with my husband with me, the same two women never MOVED from their seats at the front. After looking around for about 15 minutes, we decided that if they weren't interested in even offering any type of assistance, we weren't interested in spending our money. Their loss. We have literally spent thousands of dollars at a fabulous store down the street - Bethany Resort Furnishings. We will never enter Perfect Furnishings again, and will be sure to let everyone know that their sign out front that says...exceptional service, is an absolute joke.
