The short haired woman working the store was extremely rude and uninviting as soon as we walked in. We left the store immediately and will not be back again. Not sure how that store stays in business. The merchandise is lousy.

Horrible store, the short haired "lady" running the store is extremely rude from the moment you walk in the door. She yells at you when you enter to use her hand sanitizer. I later developed a rash on my hands after being forced to use their toxic hand sanitizer, it smelled very bad. They're probably using the sanitizer that was recalled by the FDA. This store should be shut down by the health department. Besides those issues, all their merchandise is very low quality garbage, just like their employees.

The short haired woman working at 5pm on July 17 was incredibly rude and uninviting. After seeing how she talked to another customer, I immediately left after less than 3 mins. I won’t be back !! That type of attitude is completely unnecessary!!

If there was a zero star option, I would pick that. The older woman with the short hair and glasses on August 1st gave off bad vibes. We were browsing the store when we stumbled upon a stuffed elephant that said "try me" and talked when you squeezed it. We proceeded to "try it" and the elephant began to sing. This particular worker glared at us and proceeded to shut off the elephant. She then whispered something to her coworker and glared at us the rest of our time spent in the store. I'm extremely dissatisfied with her behavior! If it says "try me", people are going to try it!

Incredibly great service. Got a gift for my mom (she walked in while I was buying it) the lovely staff took it to the back to get it gift wrapped. Amazing service.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.. Such a mannerless and rude lady is in the store... My kid was touching some cotton made crafts.. She said.. Don't let her touch.. Anything she was touching.. That lady kept on being behind her.. We told if at all she breaks, i will pay for.. She asked straightaway to get the kid outside.. I wonder if I have seen such person in life.. WHAT A SHAME.. They don't even treat the customer's well.
