Had them spool 4 reels on a rainy day. Their advice was terrific on picking lines and weights. They even cleaned and greased the reels which had sand under the spools. Got great advice on local fishing spots and what's running. They'll be my first stop when I'm back in Bethany. ~michael

The short haired woman working the store was extremely rude and uninviting as soon as we walked in. We left the store immediately and will not be back again. Not sure how that store stays in business. The merchandise is lousy. ~Larissa

Had a horrible experience at this store today. My 11 year old is learning how to be a bit more independent and make decisions with her own money. She was using her debit card to buy a bracelet and she asked if she would be able to return it if she needed to. The woman informed her that yes, with a receipt and the bracelet still on the backing, she could return it. She proceeded with the transaction and since my daughter could not see the screen for the debit card, she pushed the incorrect button. The sales lady acted like it was the end of the world. I informed her that she might want to angle the machine up because you can't see the screen. She responded, "Yes, you can." I then pointed out that my daughter had to stand on her tippy toes to see. She didn't seem to care. My daughter ultimately wanted to return the bracelet because she found something different that she liked better. When we returned to the store, the woman informed her that she could only exchange the bracelet, not get a refund. What a shame that instead of being a positive experience for a young girl learning how to navigate this world, this woman turned it into a miserable experience. I will never go in to this store again! ~Anastasia

So dang delicious!! We bought a bucket for four thinking it might be too much, but we devoured the whole thing on the car ride home. I'm not used to the vinegar spray bottle but it was fun to try on the fries. They also label their gluten free and other food allergies on the menu which is nice. The fries are made with peanut oil. Vegetarian options: Fries are made with peanut oil, not lard Dietary restrictions: Labeled gluten free, milk, nut, etc ~Kayla

This is a fantastic restaurant. Came here for breakfast. The food was incredible. The blueberry pancakes were perfect in every way. I got the Andy’s Breakfast wrap and it was very good. I only wish it had an additional protein in it since the entire wrap is mainly egg. Beyond that it was great. We also got the Robins Wrap and the person eating it was very happy with it. Definitely coming back to the penguin. ~Matt

Twice in a row now I’ve gone and the gas pump hasn’t worked. The most recent time I stopped to grab a donut so it wasn’t a completely wasted trip and the unpleasant woman at the gas counter took it upon herself to berate me for leaving my car parked there. I literally just went in for a donut. There were empty stations when I arrived and empty stations when I left. If they don’t want customers grabbing a donut while they wait for gas, then they shouldn’t have opened a donut shop in the building and need to put a sign up. Yelling at customers is rude and a poor business model. I like to think maybe the woman at the counter was just having a bad day, but regardless I will not be back. ~Maggie
