False advertisement on items prices. They will honor the prices they set neither. Employees including the little manager woman are backdooring clearance items to sell outside of the store for profit.

Some store staff is not friendly and they don’t have enough people to help. Some department are known or just don’t want to help. Returns are easy. Order online and pick up in store is also very easy.

Went to get new shower handle. Associate Bud helped us. Could not get similar handle. Bud was able to get old set screw out and we were able to get new set screw and fix handle that is 50 yrs. old. We can't thank Bud enough. He is truly an asset to you store. Betty Turcic and Greta Ramsay

I am giving them1 star because that is the lowest number I could give them. I purchased Lowes E gift cards and have used them at this Lowe's in the past and had issues with no one knowing how to process them. Luckily there was an associate that looked into it and was able to proccess the transaction. This past Sunday I went to use the e-cards I was saving up for my flooring and unfortunately ended up having the same issue. I realy wanted those floors but the Sunday eveing store manager did not want to hear my pleade to look into it as in the past have used them at that store. She simply did not want to be bothered and said it could not be procssed end of story. Fortunetly the assistant manager was amicable and said she would look into it and get back to me. Unfortunately I have not heard back from them. I guess they do not want by business. Now I have to return the $2500.00 worth of Lowes e-card. But I know Home depot will be glade to have my money.

Great prices and had everything we needed to buy for our deck! The staff could be friendly tho felt like I bothered them when I asked a question about a product besides they didn't know the answer . More training is needed!

Normally a great experience. Tonight was not up to par. Displays in main aisle made it too narrow for my wheelchair, causing me to smash my arm into a shelving unit. Very understaffed. No manned registers open, took 15 minutes for them to find my ticket item.

Pretty decent store, I bought a GE range here. I usually shop at Home Depot. The first one I bought was a Lowes special model Frigidaire electric stainless steel range but had issues of glass top getting too hot while using oven. I needed to exchange defective range. They are well staffed for the most part, unfortunately calling store can put you on hold for awhile. Some employees are not that friendly at all and some are downright rude. I asked for help from a woman and she blew me off. Just walked by and said it's not her department. Then she said I would need to return range to Lowes in order to get refund. I told her it would be refunded when they come pick up defective range from my house. She said no they can't do that I have to bring range back to Lowes. Just unbelievable! I then spoke to woman in appliance department and told her Lowes needs to take defective stove out of my house as soon as possible. I don't want to get burned as the glass top got scorching hot when I only used the oven. So extremely hot and it burned anything I would cook. Read the online reviews and other customers complained of the exact same problems with the Lowes model Frigidaire range! Dave from appliances was helpful and I was able to exchange defective range for GE electric range and it works very well.

Very clean and neat Lowe's. Helpful staff. I like this Lowe's. I've been coming here for home needs. One of the Lowe's stores I visit regularly. Plenty of parking. The store is conveniently located on US-22 road. Also there are different stores, Olive garden restaurant, TD bank next to this store.
