I happened to just feel bothered when reading the very recent review about this place. I ordered a bouquet from them and also I was from out of town. The least I could expect was to paying more than $100 for a vase with two roses, a few flowers less than 5, and some green to my acquantaince's resident. I trusted their service and they failed me on their quality. This place is not for long-distant services even though the lady on phone seemed very professional and trustworthy. Update: I contacted them for a comment and request partial refund. Instead of calming customers, they even suggested showing up in front of my friend's place to replace another bouquet, claiming that their customer was not happy about it. Really people? (the arrangement for a death of my friend's family member) If you wanna do your business, do it right from the first time. We agreed with refund half of my payment as they did have to cover the cost (claiming it cost them $12-15/lily and delivery fee, which I was charged for extra $10). I will wait to see if they really keep their words. Update: Half payment was refunded. After going thru this, I hope I had never gone thru such experience like this and had read the previous reviews before calling the number.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers, last minute. I was told it probably wouldn't be delivered today and I said it was completely fine if they postponed it until tomorrow. The woman got it the same day I ordered and honestly, that takes serious skill. I am 100% impressed. First time I've ever ordered flowers and the next time, it will only be through Gregg Florist. Thank you so much for going above and beyond, especially when it wasn't necessary. I am so very grateful for the generosity and care. ❤

The florist I originally ordered flowers from for Mother's Day canceled on me at the last second so I scrambled to find a place the day before. Here comes Gregg's florist to the rescue! The woman I talked to over the phone was very personable and pleasant. She asked me what her favorite colors were and suggested that we do something personalized and delivered to her (I'm out of state). We ended up paying $60+ dollars for the bouquet and delivery only to end up with something like this? It's mostly green with a few yellow flowers. I don't usually criticize but I am disappointed that I paid so much money for these kind of flowers.

I've only been to Gregg florist maybe three times in the last few years. This most recent time that I went I met the girls mother there and we were going to order the corsage and boutonniere together. The other family got there about 10 minutes before I did so they were able to go into detail and pick out what they wanted (day lilies). It seemed as if everything was already taken care of when we got there and the young man that worked there had me pick out a wristband for the corsage, I paid $40 and we went on our way. A couple days later we went back to pick up the corsage for my son's date and seen that they were actually mini white roses and they were actually a little bit wilted at the top tips. For $40 I just feel like they should have been more fresh. Later we realized when the kids were exchanging their flowers that we actually had two corsages. They were pretty but it was a little disappointing that my son had to wear a corsage on his jacket but it was too late to go back and have it fixed. He still looked handsome as ever and he had good spirits about it but it was just kind of unfortunate. In the end I think that maybe meeting there with the other family caused some confusion for the young man who was taking the orders. I would still go back and use Gragg's florist but I would be very specific on corsage and boutonniere in making sure the right flower was being made.

I live in Chicago and wanted to send my niece flowers for her graduation from Bradley U, because I could not attend. I called and it was suggested I do designer's choice for the amount of money I wanted to spend. So, I told them she liked Beauty and the Beast. Well she received it within 3 hours of me ordering and she was overjoyed! They exceeded my expectations in every way, they were affordable and I could not be happier! I will definitely order from them again!

My sweetheart had a favorite flower that was both out of season and very expensive. I asked them to make it work and holy cow did they pull through! We kept the cost where I needed it and my girlfriend was absolutely blown away by the arrangement! Thank you for making this poor man a hero!

Truly disappointed with the work done at this shop. This is not a professional arrangement that I would expect from an experienced florist. It's hideous. I certainly feel misled by their website images. I also called & complained & their only remedy was to take the flowers away from the recipient - very poor customer service. Steer clear of this one.
