Staff needs some help. Woman working the deli today 4.3.22 @ 3:15pm was very rude. Second time in a row encountering unfriendly/rude staff at this counter. Repeated 3 times for a half pound of deli meat I was purchasing and she proceeded to cut a pound. Gave attitude when I asked for the half pound in lieu of the pound. This was the first item I asked for and after she handed it to me she just walked away but I was still needing one more item. When I asked for the second item, she gave serious attitude once again. I get we all have bad days but this is back to back times having a poor experience specifically at the deli counter. Man that helped at the butcher counter around the same time was extremely friendly and nice though. Please discuss customer service with your deli counter staff if possible. Thank you.

It's a decent Jewel, they have Dean's Dairy products and their fresh Polish sausage is pretty good! The people are nice and though some stock is lower its supply chain stuff. So I get it.

I had an excellent experience with Kaitlynn from Bakeshop. Very knowledgeable about her stuff and helped me when I was looking for stuff. She told me how it was a rush for Super Bowl/Valentine's Day weekend and she handled it because they were well stocked. Great worker and deserves a raise and more. #GoWhiteSox

I live down the road from this Jewel. Friendly staff but their buyer stinks! They are always out of everything. Holiday time? better get your stuff 2 weeks early because they're out of essentials. Forget decorating cookies the color of the holiday, always out of correct color icing and sprinkles. Seasonal isle is minimal/out of stock, liquor selection is minimal/ sold out. Fruit is usually decent, but bakery section always depleted or not fresh. Compared to other Jewels in the area, this one is horrible. Stock issues are not new, been an issue for 10yrs now. Save yourself the aggravation and go to an updated store.
