I had an excellent experience with Kaitlynn from Bakeshop. Very knowledgeable about her stuff and helped me when I was looking for stuff. She told me how it was a rush for Super Bowl/Valentine's Day weekend and she handled it because they were well stocked. Great worker and deserves a raise and more. #GoWhiteSox ~True

Staff are friendly and welcoming and keep the facility clean. I feel safe here, unlike my last gym experience. Equipment is ok. I wish they were open later. Overall, more enjoyable than my last gym! ~Jennifer

Only a few visits so far and my only complaint is the mask rule. You no longer have to wear a mask on an airplane or train but still have to here. Other than that, I don't have any complaints so far. I've definitely gotten better results with my dog here versus other animal hospitals in the area. They are fairly priced for exams but I have not gone for much else yet. I'm happy they let you go into the examination room with your pets unlike other animal hospitals in the area. I have more visits planned so I will update as I have more experiences. ~Poor
