They were not friendly, not helpful, super rude, took forever, did not let me try the shoes on, ultimately sold me the wrong size, and did not give me a receipt. I decided to go to the Woodfield Mall location, to exchange the shoes in hopes for better service and the experience was VASTLY different! Jaisen was very helpful, listened to the problem, got me the right shoe straight away, and handled the return expediently. I was in and out of the store smoothly and quickly. This guy deserves an A+ for customer service! Will go back to this location for sure.

I went in looking for a pair of shoes I wanted but they only had them in men's, I wanted to try on their smaller sizes but the employee completely embarrassed me saying they wouldn't have my size at all with out letting me try anything on. She was talking very loud letting everyone hear the conversation. I was very embarrassed being in the store I felt my face turning red and heating up I left and havent came back since. Champs needs to set their employees straight.

One of them points to another employee and says “he’ll help you”... guy says “I’ll be with you in a minute”.. as he was already helping someone. So I stand there waiting.... staring blankly at the wall just irritated. Same woman points to another girl cashing someone out “she’ll help you” and then continues playing on her phone and playing with tape on the counter.... the cash register girl goes to get the size. They don’t have it but can order it... no thanks I wanted to walk out a long time ago. Made me sad my son really liked the shoes, too. Oh well found a comparable pair at Foot Locker a few stores down. We greeted at the door “hey how you doing today” staff was amazing there. Was relieved to spend my money elsewhere.
