Pretty cool little Store 12th big store what they're for my girlfriends boots that she picked out and spent quite a bit of time up and down the escalator I thought that was pretty neat store was very neat the staff is very friendly prices were not too bad actually it was pretty impressive store I have some pictures to show ~Aaron

Every time I walk into the store, I always find way too many clothes! I love that they carry several brands and styles along with classic looks and current trends. The best part of the store is their staff. I feel pampered when the associates select different outfits for me to try on. I have bought some great statement that I'll wear for years to come. ~Kim

Spent there three hours, literally bought 8 pairs of shoes. Awesome shoe selection, reasonable prices and good service. Easy to locate, plenty of parking and very helpful staff. Will be back! ~Sasha

Errr, can I add more stars??? I came into this store at 10pm (an hour before they close) for the first time knowing what I generally wanted, but I asked Lilian for help and she immediately pointed me in the right direction and was able to describe the difference between each product without skipping a beat, and she gave me her best recommendation. I’m super happy with what I purchased and I will absolutely come back here every time I need something naughty!! Thanks again :) ~K

On 8/8/2022 which is a Monday, there is only one lady who said she is manager working in the store. She refused to accept return because I do not show my ID. I have the receipt and original packaging of the clothes. My purse is left in the car, so I have to go back to parking lot and bring my ID. She even asked my phone number. She said she can not process return if I do not tell her my number. I feel it is ridiculous to ask these to return just one short. The return policy do not indicate ID is a must when doing return. She was trying to embarrass a customer. It is so disappointed. I also feel that girl is hostile. I remember when I buy the shorts two days ago, she is hostile and did not ask my membership so that I can not accumulate my points. Do not ruin the brand by a silly girl. ~luzi
