This Metro PCS location was one of the best that I have visited. The young man, Mr. Mohammed, was extremely helpful and patient. I can state without any hesitation that this gentleman is very professional and respectful to disabled citizens. He gave me two free phones (Samsung Galaxy A32 5G). I also received two protective cases and screen protectors for an attractive price. I highly recommend this location. If you are looking for professional service, this is the right place.

been going to this location for around 5 years now and every employee I've had contact with was very nice and friendly. my only complaint is they don't have a large variety of phones. I'm not sure if this is the norm with metro pcs but everytime I go to upgrade my device they have little to choose from (at least when it comes to the higher end phones)

Mohammed was like the BEST sales staff I have ever encountered! EXTREMELY helpful! He took the time to make sure my grandson understood how to use the phone & the features on it. Very personable young man. Was helpful in making sure the phone would be protected (my grandson dropped his old phone , cracked screen & had purple & green strips - LED damage) Highly recommend this location because of him! He made the experience really easy & pleasant!
