Subway
Terrible! I’ve been to 5 different Subways throughout Melrose Park, Oak Park, and Chicago suburbs and this one is one of the most terrible I have ever tasted. I usually don’t mind the bad food because I’m hungry, but nah I couldn’t resist this one. That’s my opinion. But I recommend you guys not to attend this ~Cris
Jimmy John's
The young woman who answered the phone today (May 1st, at approximately 2:30) was horribly unenthusiastic. She also clearly didn't know the menu of her place of employment, and didn't understand that 3/27 is the same as 03/27 (I don't know anyone who would say "zero three" when giving a date). She then kept trying to order a Big John for me, instead of simply saying she didn't know the difference between a Hunter's Club and a Billy Club, which is what I was asking. Then after she finally got my card information, she has the audacity to say to me "You could be nicer" and then hangs up the phone in my face. I'm sorry, you don't know your job, you didn't seem to even want to be there, but I need to be nicer? How? By allowing you to sell me a sandwich I didn't ask for? I called back, and of course, Little Miss Enthusiasm didn't answer the phone, so I simply cancelled the order with the young man who did answer, who was infinitely more polite on the phone than the original person was. Hire more like him. Less like her. Good luck. ~Favored
Segreti Pharmacy
This is a terrific pharmacy! It's homey, not corporate. I stumbled upon them after doing incessant searching to find a compounder for my dog's supplements. I hit the jackpot. Ken is such a thoughtful and caring pharmacist, as is everyone on the staff. Highly recommend them. Support local businesses!! ~Rose
Walgreens Pharmacy
Worst experience ever. Made a 5:20 appointment to get a shot the day previously. They had two lines, one for Rx the other for shot check in. I showed up on time and walked up to the shot check in counter. They then told me to get in the end of the RX line. This line was at least 8 deep. 70 minutes later we left the store. The line was 10-12 deep when we left. So many had to wait over an hour to pick up an RX or wait an hour for the set up "Appointment " for a shot. Just crazy. There is also a 36" TV at the RX counter as a display of yourself picking up an RX or waiting for a shot. Not Cool. ~M

West Suburban Medical Center
The 5 stars are for the Emergency Room staff. I came in with shortness of breath, coughing and a fever. I was treated immediately. Every single staff member was extremely friendly. I was impressed by their very thorough battery of tests and blood work. I was there a long time but they were very busy. My level of care was excellent. Now, I would only give 2 stars for the Walk-in Urgent care. I started in this area but was told I needed to change my PCP physician to this hospital before being treated and that there were 21 patients ahead of me with only 2 doctors available. I declined to wait but was told I could go to the ER, where I received excellent care. ~Dawn

Pink Nail Studio
I’ve been getting my nails done here for the past 6+ months and I absolutely ADORE this salon. They are quick & efficient, as well as thorough & detail-oriented. I have only ever had one of the 6-7 gel manicures I’ve gotten chip within a couple days, but they LAST. I can keep the gel on for a month. The polish will grow out before it ever starts to chip. I’ve never been disappointed in their work & my most recent set was SO detailed but they were so patient with me & made it happen! Like look at these 😍 anyways, if you’re trying to find a regular salon to go to — pick Pink! ~Lizzie
