Brian M. is very professional, helpful and efficient. I found my rim on eBay, but I didn’t have time to wait for eBay to process my order. So I called the shop directly. Brian picked up my call and placed my order right away! I got my rim the next morning via UPS. I can’t thank him enough!!

I called on Monday and placed an order for a part and guy told me it would be ready for pickup tomorrow. Next day I called to make sure the part is there before I go and I was told that delivery truck broke and my part will be there tomorrow. Wednesday I called again and I was told that the part is there ready for pickup. When I got there (1 hour drive) they couldn't find the part and I was told that they accidentally didn't send it. So, they took my address and said that they will send it to me. Week later no package. I called them and guy told me that my part was broken and this is why they didn't send it. (I did get my refund) This company is a joke

Bought a trunk lid for $650 that was supposed to be in very good condition. When I arrived I realized that there was a huge chip out of the paint. Then when I was installing it I found body rot on the bead welds of the trunk. They refunded me $150 which was very acceptable to me. They stand by their word. Thank you for making it right. Good customer service 👍

Purchased transmission from this place, few days after purchasing they canceled order. They never gave a reason why and never answered my questions why. I did receive refund but this wasted my time. They were also $500 more expensive than their competitors.

Good customer service, and fast service. You might be able to find a part slightly cheaper at a u-pull-it junkyard, but you won't beat the convenience of having the part pulled, cleaned, checked over and ready to install. For used parts, Chuck's offering a warranty is a great indicator of them standing behind their parts!
