Pulled into the Mavis shop this morning, they told me they were short staffed.l though it would be a couple of hours. He called me an hour later and got the truck completed fast. They were nice and friendly and have the experience and knowledge.

They are quick, honest, and do quality work. Recently I hit something on 422 East on my afternoon commute. Within moments I knew my tire was going flat. I knew I could make it to Mavis, but the rest of my afternoon appointment would probably need to be canceled. Nope…I pulled in and the staff at the service desk said “We got you…give us a few minutes.” And within 15 mins I was back on the road. They completely saved the day. I never mentioned to them I had things to do. Thanks Mavis Douglassville!

Wife went there to get two front tires, they had the ones she wanted in stock. That's where the good ends! First off they questioned the tires she wanted because she is a woman and the tires make a lot of noise on the road. Then they talked her into an alignment, now the car pulls to the right, also they put nothing down to protect from the grease. Would not recommend this place at all!!

Two months ago I called the number for the location to schedule service. The evening before I was slotted to come in the manager called to explain they couldn’t complete one of the services I requested. I was frustrated but knowing I’d have to wait to get in anywhere I accepted and brought my car in for half of what I was initially promised they could do and, of course, my car needed. When I arrived the manager did apologize and explained I was routed to corporate when scheduling…thus the inconvenience. I provided feedback to corporate and the location. Today I arrived for a simple inspection I scheduled online over a week ago. The guy explained they don’t have inspection stickers and won’t for at least another month. I assume another issue with routing appointments through corporate but asked why I wasn’t informed in advance. “Staffing.” Unacceptable that I’ve now wasted this much time trying to have simple work completed on my vehicle even though I schedule at least a week in advance. Do not recommend Mavis or this location.

Also they didn't notice the grinding noise coming from the front tire after replacing the control arm. Like another review said, the quality of service has really gone down at this location.

I am never go here again. They ruined my navigators 4 wheel drive. Recently my daughter hit a bad pothole and blew a tire. We took it there thinking they could handle something simple like a tire replacement but when we got there after 1 he after they said it was going to be done shortly and it was still up on the lift with the hood up. No idea why they found it necessary to even go in there being it was there for a tire change but they rattled off some things like wiper blades and air filter being replaced. All of these were just done and nowhere near needing replacement. We still waited 45 minutes 1 hour after they called and we heard other customers complaining about similar things. If you do go here, use caution. They went downhill from the previous establishment/ owner’s
