I went in for some first aid stuff. When I was in line, she was taking customers and as soon as I put my stuff on the counter she told me she was going on break! HOW RUDE IS THAT !? i told her that was so rude! Then I waited for the next register and while I was waiting she decided to look over and ask me what my problem was! the audacity and the other cashier left my transaction and gave it to someone else ! what is going on in this store !???

Pharmacist at this location didn't want to apply Doctor office's discount code saying it will take time to apply. Told me insurance discount is more, but when the Bill game insurance didn't cover any discount or coverage. I had to pay out of pocket. If he had spent one minute of his time I could have saved something. There was no one waiting, I don't know he did this even after asking to apply discount, just refused to apply because he wanted to just finish off the billing he already had in system. Cost of all items are way high compared to Target or Walmart. Going to avoid CVS in future.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! 99.9% of the time...under staffed, under trained unfriendly folks, more than once if an under trained cashier phones for the manager no one shows for a LONG time, and even so they are nonchalant walking slowly with one hand in pocket and the other on the phone chatting with absolutely no concern for customers waiting. Seniors who cannot stand as long, pregnant customers folks with walkers....all waiting to simple be pay for the items they came in for...EVERY TIME!!!! DISGUSTING!!!

Worst place ever! Do not order your prescription here. The staffs are extremely slow and don’t know where their things are! I waited an hour just because the staff does not know where it is! And why not asking anybody in the team? the staff seems like totally forgot getting me prescription until I reminded twice then they are like we can’t find it. Eventually the manager seems able to find. Such unorganized place. I will never order and buy anything from this location anymore.

This entire property is a big glaring blemish on the reputation of CVS as a business. This has to be the most disgusting, mismanaged, germ infested, trash laden CVD I’ve ever set foot in. I’m not one who normally takes the time to write reviews like this, but CVS Corporate Safety team should be notified of this because frankly it’s disgusting and having just dealt with a pandemic you’d think these big companies would have new safety policies in place. This is an occupational health hazard and the place needs to be closed down and fumigated.

Tried several times on different day's and no one answered the phone. Tonight I go in to pharmacy. The girl filling rx's had her mask down, a nurse(?) Was giving a flu shot at the counter. The guy at the counter had no mask and was running all around lost. Very sad decline in the service here. I'm going to try switching locations.....

I am normally not one to write reviews (especially a pharmacy) but please AVOID this location if possible! I always have an issue when I go. The first time I had to wait an hour and a half for a prescription that was ready. The drive through is never opened. I’ve tried calling ahead to be on hold for 30 min and then the line hangs up. When I go in person you can hear the phones ringing non stop and no one makes an effort to answer. I had to switch pharmacy’s because every time I have gone I have had to wait at least an hour.

What has happened! I usually had good service but now it takes 10 minutes for someone to answer the pharmacy phone. The staff doesn’t know what medication they are getting for me. I waited an hour and a half for a prescription. Only to be told they did not have it. The staff I knew is gone. When I go to the store it’s mostly new people that don’t last. The shelves are not stocked. The floor has trash over it. I have been a customer for twenty years and have never seen it so bad. CVS shape up!!!

As a type 1 diabetic I fill a number of prescriptions constantly. This CVS has yet to fill a prescription in a timely manner since I moved to Glenbrook a year ago. While the pharmacists have all been kind, I am always waiting with a number of other customers whose prescriptions are not ready either. Don't even bother trying to use the drive through, you'll be waiting even longer. My Dr's office is fantastic so it's quite easy to tell this CVS is the problem and they need additional support or serious changes.
