I'm a small fry starting out and have had my fair share of repairs to deal with since I bought the truck somewhere else. I've done whatever repairs I could on my own, and I got to shout out to the parts guys for their knowledge and for not scalping the parts like some of these shops are doing. So many of my experiences with diesel repair shops is that they have a “we’ll get to you when we get to you” kind of attitude. Taryn is not that way at all. I have done business with her at this location and when she was in Ft. Worth and she always makes it happen for me. Whether it’s fitting me in to diagnose the problem or getting all of the work done in one day so I am not spending too much time. She always gets it done.

I've purchased a great used 24 foot truck 7 years ago and IP Truck kept it in perfect running condition. My box truck needed a lift gate. After quotes of over $7000 they found and installed one for way less than half the price. I've been to both locations.

Finally a really great experience with a service shop. I’ve had mostly horrible experiences with service on my Diesel RV the last 6 years - this was a breath of fresh air. Sydney communicated everything and hurried to get it done for us to leave town. Highly recommend!

The Quality of service and the parts knowledge is phenomenal. I have a fleet of special trucks that parts are hard to come by here in the states but, Nick and the guys there had it figured out in no time. I also had a truck experiencing performance issues while in service. My driver took it in and in no time the problem was accurately diagnosed and back on the road faster than I would have ever thought with any of the previous shops that I have been to and more economic with pricing. Industrial Power will be by home for all of my mechanical and decal needs!! Great Job!

Staff are wonderful, place is super clean organized parts prices are good. Well maintained. I'll recommend this particular dealer to all my business contacts . Dropped one of my flat beds there for service. I dealt with Scott very patient and educated, clear and honest . They worked on my truck , they were in touch with me keeping me updated, had few recalls done some warranty work, and other maintenance s were done. Prices are good , picked it up today , satisfied. Left another flat bed to get checked and serviced , will definitely continue working with them , thank you scott
