Horrendous experience. I have over 3 pages worth of notes of the terrible service I received. And it all started with when buying the car with a co-sign they put it in the wrong name. Finally get the car and had issues with it so took it in twice for the same issue and both times had it for a month each. Each time could not get anyone to respond to me, no update, no call back, no response to text. Would have to Uber to the dealership just to talk to someone and haggle with them to get a loaner or rental (also lied that there was no rentals available but called rental place and said they had plenty). Was told I would get 3 free oil changes and that was not true. I had to threaten to take my business somewhere else just to get one oil change. Sent me a review to tell them how they did so was honest and gave terrible review and told them to reach out to talk about it. Their idea of reaching out was a text saying “I gave you a free oil change. Thanks for the survey”. They thought one free oil change would how they treated me the past year. This is my second Jeep to own and would suggest it but would avidly say to avoid this dealership at all cost because they do not know how to treat anyone and lack communication skills. I will say the only bright part was Jose the car salesman - stand up guy, and was very nice, wish he worked at another dealership because would for sure buy another car from him.

I had a great experience. I called the store and spoke to John Moreno, the used car manager, about a beautiful 2021 pre-owned Grand Cherokee L they had in stock. John made a deal with me super quick and easy, didn't haggle me to death, was very fair to work with. I asked him if he could hold the car for a couple days for me as my schedule was very busy; he said he couldn't hold the car so what he would do is bring the car and the paperwork to me! He dispatched Augustin, one of the salespeople, to bring the car to my work and I bought it there. I am very happy with the car itself, the deal I got, the ease with which we made the deal, and the service provided. Thank you John Moreno!! It was a real pleasure.

My service experience was 10 STARS. My service expert was Alex, he took care of me, he took care of my vehicle. And that's my go to person anytime I come here. His customer service is great and well as he keeps you up to date of what's going on with your vehicle whether your in the waiting room or at home waiting by the phone. Staff are always very polite and work to get you in and out quickly...

Well all I have to say is that I had a great experience the 2nd time around, because the 1st time didn't go so well but at least the next time went AMAZING 😁👍. So if u go and it doesn't go so well give it another chanse I was so lucky to get Augustine help and Robert They were amazing 🙏😉 they help us so we could get our car and we definitely appreciate their help they are so nice I felt like if I was talking to my friends they give you advice and tell you how you could save money and give u really good advice. I totally appreciated all the advice and everything they did to help us, so you should definitely ask for them if you are looking to buying a car🙂 they will do anything they can to get you ur car. Also cesar, he was so sweet and attentive they are just the perfect people to help you with all the process of getting you ur dream car🙏🤗 I totally recommend them my experience was great, so go and give them a chance.

Now I try all that I could to be respectful and patient but my thing is that the customer here is by far terrible. My advisor (Hector) told me and my grandfather that I can pick up my car today, so my grandfather drove from Plano to Dallas to pay for the diagnostic. When we arrived we talk to Shannon which was respectful at first and then she told us that they are working on the paperwork to get the car. We waited 2 and a half HOURS for a paperwork!! Then the nice gentleman named Alex came and assisted are situation and got are paperwork ready. He handy my keys then I saw this to my car. Now this isn't Alex fault but Hector needs to give the right information on when to actually pick up hour car.

I have a 2015 Chrysler 200. I had my vehicle scanned at auto zone. An unusual code, P1067 popped up. I called around and asked local shops if they knew what the code was. No one had any idea. I reached out to the 3 nearby Chrysler dealerships. The other 2 dealerships told me it would take 5 days from me dropping off my vehicle, for the techs to do a diagnostics. I couldn’t wait. I reached out to this dealership and they made an appointment for me to drop off my car within an hour. I pulled up, Shannon came out to greet me in a friendly manner. We spoke about the problem and she informed me that the techs would be able to look at my vehicle soon. The tech looked at my vehicle the very next day. Shannon explained to me what the problem was and it would take about 4 days to get fixed. At first, I didn’t like the price I was given so I called around to other places. Once again, the other repair shops had no idea on how to fix my car. So I called Shannon back and agreed to get the work done. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION I MADE ALL YEAR!!! Not only did the dealership fix my car, they did it in 3 days with superb customer service! This is the first time I felt comfortable as a woman, taking my vehicle to a repair shop and feeling confident in the recommendations and reassured about the repair. From start to finish, Shannon and the dealership lead with excellence. I really appreciate Shannon for proactively communicating with me. I appreciate the mechanics for fixing my vehicle in a timely manner. I will absolutely go back to this dealership and tell my friends and family to do the same. 😊

Avoid avoid avoid. Worst dealership service experience ever. Called so many times to get a status update on the car. Finally had enough and had to come back to the dealership on Wednesday to be told nobody has worked on my car since Monday because they don’t know what the issue was. I did not leave until the service was performed. Nobody knows what they are doing. People standing around not answering phones. I called Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nobody answered. When someone did answer they put me on hold for 45 minutes with no response back. Additionally, never got a apology or anything. I had to call jeep corporate finally to get my situation resolve. See call call log and afterwards what the techs did to the inside of the car. Grease stains everywhere to a location where the service was not even performed. I can’t repeat how horrible the service department is at Dallas dodge.

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Jose (sales) Jimmy (finance) and the team at Dallas Dodge for making this purchase happen. I came in on Friday a little discouraged after being turned down at another dealership. Jose's attitude was fantastic and his energy and enthusiasm was something I had ever experienced purchasing a car which was quite refreshing. Proud to report that this was an extremely easy, hassle free experience and if you're in the market for a car go see these guys. Loving my '22 Wrangler 4xe!

Took my vehicle in for having a few issues.service advisor never replied to any of my messages,called several times just to be put on hold for long periods of time and told my vehicle was ready. Arrived and my advisor wasn’t available and part of what I requested for them to check out never got done. Manager on Duty repeats his self as if he was rehearsing a script. Overall this visit was a waste of my time,not sure what’s going on at this location but who ever made recent changes on who’s in charge, Please know the staff needs better training on pretty much everything. Cashier seem to be the only professional and helpful employee.
