After being down for a week in Nashville due to unexplained oil leak at Velocity truck center and them putting a bandaid on the problem I was broke down again a week later in Denton, TX with the same problem, truck hemorrhaging oil. I brought it to Freightliner in Howe, TX. and they had the truck in the shop by noon, had the problems diagnosed by 3 pm, and had the part delivered and installed by 1 pm the next day. The part Velocity should have put on to begin with. Haven’t had an issue since. Thanks to the staff at Freightliner in Howe, TX. for the prompt service and overall incredible customer experience I had there. I will use this shop again if I am within driving distance even if I have to drive a few hundred miles to get there.

By far the best experience EVER at a Freightliner dealer! I thought I was going to be waiting days just to get in but NO! I was told that I could wait for my truck because it would be done same day if parts were available! I was in by 8am, truck in the shop by 9am and my issue was fixed and out by noon and had a load by 1pm!

Small freightliner shop but I drove from Albuquerque NM to get to this shop. I trust them. Any major issues with my truck. I bring it to this place. Only wish they would provide uber to lodging.

I woke up this morning with a major oil leak from a hole in my oil pan but was able to limp it in to their shop. They were able to work me in and I was back on the road by 4:00 p.m. the same day. I can't express how much I appreciate their willingness to help me out as I was under a load. I highly recommend them.

Premier Truck group in Howe are awesome. Very helpful. I stopped there because I could not get an accurate reading on my tire PSi - the stem was partially broken. Turns out the stem was on a recall list. They replaced them and ensured all tires had the correct amount of air. All their employees were super helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely go there again and again.

Turns out the stem was on a recall list. They replaced them and ensured all tires had the correct amount of air. All their employees were super helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely go there again and again.

Service writers are friendly work is good rates are high but what isn't. Only issue is took a truck in to get estimates and several hundred dollars later didn't have any work done just paid for book labor on estimates of what needed to be done and they were not flexible with any of the quotes. Other than this service has been good.

I took my 1997 Thomas school bus into this shop because I had a handful of bad oil leak that needed to be fixed. It took a while for them to be able to get our bus into the shop which was a little discouraging at first. However once the bus was in and they started working on it, I quickly became very impressed with the quality of work. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy with the job that they did on fixing our engine issues. They really paid close attention to all the small details and got all the problems fixed. It is rare to find a shop that is as honest and hard-working as this one.
