I had trouble steering my car, and I decided to let Mr. Brett and his team of mechanics take a look at my vehicle to see what was wrong. I visited the auto shop right when it opened, and Mr. Brett explained to me how my rack and pinion needed to be replaced. He told me exactly how long it was going to take to replace it and how much it would be. He and his mechanics are professional, detail-oriented and thorough. This is exactly the way an auto repair shop should be: Upfront and honest with what needs to be done with anyone's car. I have to apologize to him and his crew because my car is old, I mean, 1990s old. Mr. Brett was courteous and had everything done before the end of the work day. He and his team took care of the car that I love; a car that was handed down from my deceased father to me. That means a lot when an auto shop is able to work with you and get you back on the road in no time at all. I hope to continue getting my car serviced at B & S Automotive in the future. Brought my van here to diagnose a sound I couldn’t track down. They fixed it quick and for a great price. While there I mentioned what a local Auto AC shop had said about me needing a whole new AC system in my Corvette ($2300+). They said they could look at it for me. Brought it to them the next morning, they flushed and refilled the AC and it has been working great since. Saved me a ton of money! Great shop, HONEST, and affordable!
