ordered 3 medium 2 topping pizzas last night.was promised a 35 minute delivery.actually took over an hour what arrived was cold and shrunken and horrible. I later received an email saying they were disappointed in their delivery and here is a free coupon that expires in 1 week. I have such a bad taste in my mouth, not sure I want to use it.

The manager is so rude and racist. She wasn’t even wearing her mask when we ordered, when we questioned her where her mask was her reply was “I’m vaccinated”. Rude, racist and unprofessional.

Great experience here to say the least. There was a young man named Dylan on Thursday night (I hope I remember that correctly) who was extremely professional in a relaxed way. He quickly remade my pizza when the first didn’t work out. He definitely did not give me any extra free toppings at all or anything even though he wanted to because he naturally cares about a good customer experience. If you guys let him build his own schedule and give him a pay raise, that would start to begin helping him receive what he is worth! And he never bad talked the company once by the way, we spoke for like 10 or 15 minutes. Better use him while you have him because you never know when you could lose those good employees

Best pizza & team members ever!! I have a large pizza every week to celebrate the end of my work week. Crew is always friendly, even when overworked. Pizza is consistently good, and I look forward to visiting the store for my weekly treat, even though purchases under $10 don't qualify for free pizza!!

Today I tried something different. Pasta, Wings and Chocolate cake. The Pasta was good... definitely ordering that again. I tried the wings, I wanted something different than pizza so I ordered Plain Boneless, Mango Habanero and Honey BBQ with a side of the Chocolate Lava Cake. Within my order was extra ranch dipping sauce. Again the Pasta was good, definitely gonna order that one again. The Mango Habanero wings were FREAKING AMAZING!!!. The Honey BBQ wings were good as well. The Plain Boneless wings were ok. I think they came from The Farside Boneless Chicken Ranch (Goggle the image). Being that the extra ranch dipping sauce didn't make it to my table I only had one Plain chicken wings and tossed the rest out. Oh.... wait there's more.... the CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE!!!! All I can say is Chocolate cake, chocolate cake. The more you eat. The better the tummy ache. 😊☺😋🤗🤪 All in all. My order was on time. My driver Ms. S respected the social distancing guidelines. The food was FREAKING AWESOME!!! OH the chocolate cake.... let's just say I'm going to bed with a "better tummy ache" 🤪😋. . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LAGUNA NIGUEL Domino's. You definitely have a repeat customer. 😊😊😊

I think I learned that I am not into the garlic crust too much buttery garlic flavor … we usually have an Extravaganza one and I thought I would try a vegetarian pizza… I felt I needed more veggies less crust … so how do I order the next one anysuggestions

I don’t review often but I don’t believe I have ever been serviced this poorly , I placed an order for delivery when I usually order carry out have been here about 100 times over the years since we have kids. I order at 225pm was quoted 30-40 minutes . I waited 50 minutes for not pizza no update so I called in o get a update . Was told by Teresa that my pizza was 5 minutes away . I proceeded to wait another 35 minutes and didn’t receive as much as a phone call let alone my pizza so I called in asked to speak with the Gm and was told by Teresa she is the gym which I know for a fact she is not since i frequent this location . I canceled my order and received no food for my hungry kids after over an hour and a half of waiting I got told that my pizza would arrive shortly . They are in desperate need of customer service training . You have lost a loyal customer with a family of 7 I’ll take my business to ballpark across the street much better quality .

If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. It took 1.5 hours to receive our cold pizzas, after calling twice to get updates on the order. When speaking with the manager, not once did she apologize for the wait or have any idea when we could expect the delivery. And, at one point, saying that our order was for pickup and then saying that we could expect the delivery any minute. We will never order from this location again.
