The manager her helped us with our order the last time we came. We had a coupon and for whatever reason, the computer at this location didn’t have the coupon deal in their system. So the manager figured some things out and hooked us up with an even better deal than what we had the coupon for. Level of customer service, quick thinking, delivery of solution, and positivity throughout made the experience so great. You don’t have expect to get that level of service anymore at places like this. I hope that guy moves up the ladder quickly. I missed his name… but if you go here… you’ll know right away if you see him. Oh yeah… the chicken was great too.

I had not been to a KFC in years. I was craving a fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy. I ordered chicken tenders combo and substituted the potatoes instead of fries. I also ordered a chicken pot pie. I received my order in record time. I didn’t check my order before leaving except to not their was a chicken pot pie and a tenders box. I received Frieda not mashed potatoes and gravy. The fries were old and reheated. The tenders were not crispy and the filling in the pot pie had soggy potatoes it was half fold few veggies and tasted like the sauce had been burnt. I was so disappointed. I would have made the 10 mile round trip to take it back but was too tired. I too the hit and tossed the food in the trash.

Two trys in a row, incomplete order both times. What a joke. Chicken was cold after less than 5 minute drive. Mashed potatoes seriously off tasting. No sauces. And cold biscuits.

The sides still tasted as they should, but the original recipe chicken they recently sold me tasted nothing like the KFC I have eaten most all of my life. I wish someone from their corporate office would check it out and get their issues corrected. The staff was polite and efficient, just the chicken tasted terrible.

The drive thru is so poorly designed. There are signs of car scrapes with the holding. I will never use it again. KFC is losing the chicken game. It doesn’t measure up to others. The chicken sandwich is an anemic offering. The color is pale and it is not crispy.

This san juan kfc never has wings or most other chicken on hand and you have to wait. Always soggy and bad service. Most times i just drive further to aliso viejo. Much cleaner there also.

Shame of service. Cashier trow my change she hand money and food without wash her hands. Ask for sauce to a guy and also trow sauce packets on counter top. Definitely will never get back to this place. All floors are sticky and dirty too. Will not get surprised if this place get shut down 😬

Beautiful location, great food. Carlos is a real customer experienced guy. He makes smile 😃 every time I go there. I love 💕 the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes 🥔, and the macaroni and cheese 🧀

Came at a time with no line. Pleasantly surprising because it was the first day with the Beyond Meat chicken available. Besides being a little rough, and a bit dry texture wise it's a win for me, a nice healthy crisp on the outside a well. Less carbs and much more protein is something I won't complain about especially when it tastes as good as this.
