Did my shopping sitting in my chair. The app let me notify the store when I was on the way. I literally say less than a full minute and they brought my things to me!!! Awesome!! So easy and nice!!!

Went in to purchase a new crib, changing table and somewhere baby items. 1 I couldnt find a sales associate on the floor so we proceeded to take pictures of the UPC of the bigger items and go to the register hoping to be able to have someone bring them up so I could purchase them. Well that didn't happen they couldn't get it done that night. And we were told to try again tomorrow ( another trip to lynchburg) we live in Appomattox. Went bought the crib the next day get home get help to unload heavy items only to find its the wrong crib ugh 😑 Then we had to load up go back and they then gave us the correct crib but took another almost 300.00 from my account and the money I already paid I have to wait on so since they didn't tell me that it didn't happen quickly my account overdrew silly me thinking I had money in there when in fact target still has my money! They could have mentioned that it would take days or how about an even exchange instead of holding up my finances. And when I called to ask why all I got was "OH IM SORRY" well I won't be buying the rest there and I am canceling the baby registry!

This target is OK but the security are very sensitive. They will come after you at the slightest thing. I took a picture of my daughter; the guy said “Delete that right now!” I told him I deleted it but I didn’t. The security can’t tell me I can or can’t take a picture of my kid!

Website is horrible just take it down if you're not going to update it. It constantly says there are items in stock that they don't really have so I waste my time going up there to find that they don't really have the items they say they have so I have to turn around and go somewhere else for what I need

Came into this Target today and asked about the advertised 10% off Veterans Day discount. The cashier said she didn’t know anything about it. I then had to prompt her to go ask a manager to see what the situation was with it. When the manager came over she was pretty rude and basically told us that we have to be registered in the Target Circle app as military to get it. She then said that the discount pretty much covers the tax so she’d take off enough to cover $5.10 . Our total was $123, 10% of that is $12.30. At the end of the day the bad taste left in our mouth was due to the rudeness of the manager not the lack of a discount. Probably best not to offer a military discount at all if you’re gonna make people jump through hoops.

I love this store. I go 3 times a week. Always great deals on frozen food. I can depend on a great deal in the electronics section. My only issue... lines are always long... and self checkout is always busy.

Target is a fun place to shop; displays are updated regularly, and the products are generally high quality and attractive. I enjoy going for my visits every two or three weeks. The Target on Wards Road is well run and the employees are courteous and helpful.

The store has recently been renovatrd and it looks nice. They have also added a Starbucks as you enter the store. The store is clean and well organized and the staff is super friendly. Only complaint it was very busy and they needed more checkouts open
