So frustrated with Verizon store on Timberlake and myself. Took advantage of $1000.00 0ff new iPhone on October 7. I went in to get husband new phone and Tristan suggested I upgrade due to great deal. Big mistake. I upgraded, paid off my phone and waited for phone to come in. My phone came in November 11. Had to order when it came in I was told $400.00 was all I would get off because I ordered on October28. I produced document that proved I ordered October 7 when I paid off my device I was upgrading. Tristin said I will get it straight. He gave phone and I gave them my phone and had me sign document. I didn’t pay attention to contract and I actually signed document to pay full cost of phone. I am so upset with myself that I let this seemingly kind salesman dupe me. I also left store feeling like they thought I was making it all up, even after I gave him documentation. What really bugs me is I ended up paying more because I paid my phone off. Anyway be careful

Your employee , Josh, at the Timberlake location, is a straight up great guy. I watched him work with an elderly woman while I waited for my turn. He had great patience with her and could not have been nicer. I told him how much I appreciate how good he was with her. You have an excellent employee there and I wanted you to know. I hate getting new phones, but Don made the process painless. He was very knowledgeable of the different phones and how each would effect my bill. He is a great asset to their team. I’d highly recommend Don, he’s was amazing.
