When I entered the store I was greeted right away. There was only one employee Sunshine and she was great. She was waiting on someone that required her calling for assistance and another person was waiting for help and I needed a few accessories. She helped me while the other customer was speaking to someone on the phone as my request was quick. More staff would have been a plus not only for customers but also for your employees. ~Dawn

Josh was super. The customer ahead of me said he was a Godsend. Shr was not wtong. He went so far above and beyond to help me get a phone for my invalid brother. GIVE THAT BOY A RAISE! ~Carole

The receptionist is wonderful! This isn't my cat's vet, but with it being the weekend we needed our cat to be seen due to some symptoms and her original vet won't be open until Monday. I can't rate the vet itself, but the receptionist was outstanding and very friendly! Even though they had a full schedule, she got information about our cat's symptoms and asked the doctor on what we should do. She answered all my questions and made sure I had every information I needed to make sure my cat was okay. I can tell they truly care about our little furry friends! ~becky

I went in to return, what I believe is defective can of freon and the hose. First guy was fine. Second guy, not a manager, that I could tell. But spoke to me like I knew nothing (after I explained in length what happened) but not possible that the can could be defective.Basically I did it wrong. Then it was compressor issue. It's not so much that he could be right, but impossible that he could be wrong, and can't help but get the feeling he thinks I know nothing because I am a woman. Wouldn't even take the hose back, or an exchange. I won't be using O Reilly's anymore and hope that its worth it to them. ~Maria

I visited advance today and had a great experience with Paul who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the part I was looking for. I recommend this store located on Old Forest Road ~William

They where so helpful to me every time I go into the store the guys there are always friendly and keep a smile on there face I have never had any problems with getting what I need if something went wrong they took care of it with no problem at all and always respectful and friendly to me that’s why I always go there the staff is quick to help and when they are busy they look at you and say I will be right with you and I love that they see you standing there and they take time to speak and say I will be with you in a few!!! ~Stepanie

Service was great. We had tremendous service from a training employee Elijah, who was patient with us asking multiple questions and asking multiple things to be done to the car. Smiled through the entire process. ~Brandon

I’ve been long overdue in writing a salutary review for Hill City Pharmacy downtown. They always go out of their way to be helpful and are true professionals. I was a regular customer of another pharmacy for several years and put up with constant errors, misinformation and very poor customer service. Hill City is fabulous and the fact that they deliver is such a bonus during the pandemic or when one is not feeling well. Keep up the EXCELLENT work!! ~Meg
