Edit: Wednesday October 13, 21 My family member went here yesterday, not a single employee was wearing a mask. The first two years Hill City Pharmacy was open the pharmacy was excellent. To the point that I was ok paying a little more money for my prescriptions. But after the second year mark the pharmacy started to go down hill. I kept trying to keep going there even after all of the staff became rude and unhelpful, even in the basic parts of their jobs. After several years of the staff of this pharmacy giving me hell, just trying to fill a simple prescription. And because of the constant lies the staff including the pharmacists would tell me, I stopped going in 2018. I have family that still use Hill City Pharmacy to this day. The staff still treat their customers like garbage.

I’ve been long overdue in writing a salutary review for Hill City Pharmacy downtown. They always go out of their way to be helpful and are true professionals. I was a regular customer of another pharmacy for several years and put up with constant errors, misinformation and very poor customer service. Hill City is fabulous and the fact that they deliver is such a bonus during the pandemic or when one is not feeling well. Keep up the EXCELLENT work!!

I love this pharmacy. I used to use one of the big chain pharmacies in Lynchburg but the customer service was terrible. As soon as I began to fill prescriptions at the 5th Street location of Hill City Pharmacy things changed for the better. It only took a few weeks before the employees knew me by name. Everyone at Hill City is so friendly and willing to help. They also fill prescriptions much faster than the big pharmacy chain I used to go to. With Hill City Pharmacy I feel I can trust them and can go to them with any issues concerning my medicine. Also in the rare event that I had to purchase a medicine out of pocket I found that Hill City has very reasonable cash medication costs. I am very grateful to have a personal, home-town pharmacy to do business with. I recommend Hill City Pharmacy to anyone that will listen. You guys are a cut above the rest!

They were great in the beginning over time gotten worse. Charging for things that insurance would pay for. Staff has been rude not answering questions and always blaming someone else for their mistakes. I am considering moving my business else where. only plus side is they do deliver to your house if needed.

Friendly staff, fast service & reasonable prices. Abby is a great Pharmacist and is super personable. She always gets us the best possible price on whatever medications we need. She's great to work with.

Suffering with an ear infection and on the search for the drops I needed and not only did this pharmacy have it, the price was nearly half what I would have paid elsewhere. I also checked my other daily meds and again I was shocked to find they were half what I have been paying! Not only was the staff friendly, I will have a pharmacy closer to my office and they have gained a new customer. Thank you Hill City Pharmacy for making my life just that much easier to manage.

I haven't been using this pharmacy long but my first visit to check it out had me hooked. On my follow Abby, one of the staff members showed me how to mix my own compound and I am saving $20.00 a month over what a well known grocery pharmacy charged. The staff has all been very helpful and friendly. I am not always easily satisfied so when I write a glowing review the business can be put in the outstanding category. All I can, They are wonderful, Mr. Moody was so helpful and couldn't do enough for me and them the pharmacist Abbey. she is beyond wonderful. I'm a 60 year old women, I haven't seen this kind of service in 20 years. I recommend everyone to transfer there prescription to Hill City, that was the best thing I did.
