Extremely poor customer service. Of the multiple times I've been to fill my prescriptions, I've had only one positive experience. I also have my dog's prescriptions filled at this location, and always remember to ask for separate receipts for dog and myself, so that I can submit to insurance for reimbursement. On my last visit, I failed to do so, and asked mid transaction. The clerk huffed at me and said, "Now I have to do it all over again." That same clerk gets all put out when I ask BEFORE she does the transaction. Can't win, folks! I will say that it is this one particular clerk that generally waits on me. She is impatient, impersonal and makes you feel like she's doing you a big favor to wait on you. Other clerks are "okay," but still not very friendly or helpful. I've checked the reviews at other area Walmart pharmacies and they're much better. Will be switching. By the way, for anyone with pets, you can get your pets scrips filled at Walmart, including flea & tick meds, and they are much, much cheaper than anywhere online, including Chewy.

Normally it’s a very good pharmacy. They take good care of you and the employees are friendly & helpful. Pharmacists are knowledgeable & quick to assist. But they’re running out of meds to fill prescriptions????Told me they have no idea when/if I could get my script. I had to change to an independent pharmacy. Crazy. And kind of scary.

I thought maybe they were trying to get me to take the hint and go elsewhere. Is there some reason they don't even want us to have our prescripts? I've truly never seen a pharmacy with customer service this bad, so uncaring and disrespectful of its customers! Then I read the other reviews and... well... you know the rest!

Only giving 1 start because it's not possible to leave a negative. Terrible customer care, no worries about how long you've waited, no thought of your situation or how important it is to have your meds, poor attitude, possibly the worse customer service ever. Definitely switching.

I have exclusively used walmart as my pharmacy for years but this one in particular is so awful, they treat their customers like they don't give a damn about them. These people are supposed to be giving us drugs that could literally change my health and wellbeing. They fill prescriptions differently because they ran out of a generic but didn't bother to consult me first which they should have because my insurance only covers one. They didn't even try to contact me. You have officially lost my business forever. Ill be telling everyone i know not to coke here.
