When I entered the store I was greeted right away. There was only one employee Sunshine and she was great. She was waiting on someone that required her calling for assistance and another person was waiting for help and I needed a few accessories. She helped me while the other customer was speaking to someone on the phone as my request was quick. More staff would have been a plus not only for customers but also for your employees.

I am doing 5 stars because more are not available. My rep, Sunshine B, was phenomenal!! The store was busy as soon as they opened and she was friendly, cheerful, and helped each person as if they were the only ones in the store. She is an asset. Great and professional service from this location!!

Went into the store yesterday to get a transfer pin due to my family moving to Alaska and I need a phone company that services there, the male employee who I spoke with was RUDE. I went in there twice and the second time he stated that "he knows their policy and it was nothing he could do". If that is the case, do not be rude to a current customer who simply needs something due to uncontrollable circumstances. I understand its hard to find quality employees with covid, but whew....

hot garbage. Wont help people, ever, would rather pawn their work off on just about anyone else than help someone. Military family, moving to Alaska, the guy refused to help me find my transfer pin. Said its against policy. I understand it sucks losing a customer but it would have only been for a few months and i was planning on returning after we got somewhat settled in alaska. However I will no longer even consider that because of how rude, unprofessional, and hateful the service I experienced and this store was. I am 100% being a Karen and calling corporate because now i have to change my number, all because some snot-nosed worker decided they didnt feel like doing anything.

Francis was a big help. He was not phased even when I showed frustration throughout the process. I had a tiny scratch on my screen and I was frustrated at Verizon because they consider this “damaged”. Causing me to lose $260 off my trade in. But that wasn’t Francis fault but he was courteous and empathetic through the whole process.
