Avoid this store. This store is owned/managed by Slayton Wireless. I did not know until after my horrible experience that different stores are run by different companies. I went to this store in December to try to lower my bill. I was promised that after the changes they made my bill would be around 90 dollars less. It is now March and my bills have been more ever since! Some "credits" were not properly applied and my account is really screwed up. AT&T customer service and another store told me I had to go back to this store for resolution. I spoke with PG the store manager for about a month. Mostly being ignored or brushed off. No time for anyone that is not in the store. He admitted they dropped the ball. I also contacted the district manager of slayton wireless. I receive the same from him. Apparently that is how they train managers to ignore customers until they go away. Going on 4 months now, no resolution, and higher bills continue. Unless they apply these mysterious "credits" I am stuck with a line I do not need and a phone I no longer have because I turned it into them. The lack of care is beyond sad.

Signed up for services with some extremely knowledgeable Techs at this store. Store was super busy, but they killed it with their multi-taskimg skills. Also, they looked out for me by saving me money on my bill and overall total.

I went to AT&T to add a line and Jay was so helpful. She took so much time to get me be the best deal and was so patient. She even noticed a mistake on my bill that I was getting charged too much and told me how to fix it. I would highly recommend this AT&T store. Today I received the best customer service at any wireless store that I have ever received.

This store is great. Staff is very knowledgeable and devoted to customer care. PG helped me through the whole process, running down different plans for me (he knew all the ins-and-outs of pricing, coverage, equipment, etc.). Long story short, he set me up with a better plan than I had with U.S. Cellular that is costing me nearly $100 less per month. Four stars all the way. If there is one down side to this location it is that, due to the size, they do not have enough staff to keep up with the high demand. However, that should also tell you how good they are at what they do. On the day I went in to finalize my transaction and port my old numbers to the new phones, I was there for nearly 3 hours, but through no fault of the staff members. While I was there, another family came in that had set an appointment to do the same thing, which took up most of the time and attention of the two agents working there that day. Regardless, they still managed to attend to other customers in the time where there was "network waiting" (i.e. while network back-ups occurred and carrier transfers/porting went on that required wait time). If I have any complaint it is that the owners of this store need to recognize the great staff they have and their potential to increase revenues. The three agents I interacted with should be shift managers with other employees under them in a store twice the size of this one.

Was going to switch to AT&T after yet another problem with Verizon. Owed to much to switch though but will come and switch when I can switch. Customer service is not dead here was treated like I mattered to them and was thoroughly impressed. Worked with Ali and he was perfect with how he handled my issue and the manager was equally as helpful can’t wait to make the switch to a great company with real customer service not a sham
