I had my Samsung S7 for many years, but when the camera failed and it could not be fixed, plus the battery was not stellar, it was time to look for a new phone. Loved the Samsung phone, so started researching and looking for deals in my area. After reading about the A series, and Metro by T Mobile, I headed to the store in my neighborhood. I did not have to wait long. Annie one of the two sales associates, showed me the Samsung S53, what it would cost and an unlimited plan. Out the door I paid $123.69, and felt I got a good phone with a great camera. Plus an unlimited plan for $50 a month. However, the experience of having a competent salesperson in Annie, who was multi-tasking helping to answer an associate's questions, while sending files (photos, contacts, etc.) to my new phone, made the experience so stress free. I would highly recommend Metro, and Annie!

I have had terrible experiences at both this location and the 5th st location. Most of the employees are rude and unprofessional, I've been given different information from different employees because most of them don't know what they're supposed to know. Both locations NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE! this is so frustrating to always have to drive down there just to ask a question and several times they've been closed before they were supposed to close and had a sign in the window saying they closed early. I have gone to the store and been told by the employee that I couldn't come in until after a certain time and had to stand outside and wait almost an hour while he was literally just standing behind the counter. The hours don't say anything about being closed halfway through the day for an hour. I do not like this company at all and I can't wait to switch services. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I really did not want to give this place any stars at all! I have had the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had dealing with this company! I came in to get cell phones and service plans for my children literally 14 days ago! After I purchased my daughter’s iPhone I was told that they phone was not available in the store however it would be there in 2 days! He asked me if that would be okay! I stood there dumbfounded and disappointed however I said I would wait! I came back 2 days later, still no phone, I was then told that the phone would be shipped over night to me and I could come and get it the following day, guaranteed! I came in again, no phone I was told that the shipments were messed up due to the Easter Holiday however it would be in within the next 2 days! I called and spoke with a lady named Brittany who was very pleasant and apologized about my experience. She spoke with the owner and advised me that it would be two more days! I came back in and spoke with another guy who called corporate, the gut from corporate advises me it would be two more days and that he would guarantee me a free case and screen protector as a courtesy! Still no phone! I came in after 10 days of frustration and spoke with Austin requesting a refund, he was very rude to me! He called the owner and told me that the owner was busy and couldn’t discuss this with me at this time! I asked that he give me a refund, he stated that he did not have the ability to do so! I told him how much this was a inconvenience to me and it wasn’t fair! They have almost $300 of my money and I have no phone! He shrugged his shoulders! I called customer service while on the phone with customer service, Austin decided to turn the music up inside the store so that I couldn’t hear the agent, my voice was gone as well so the agent couldn’t hear me! I told him that this didn’t make any damn sense and that I am a supervisor and I would never have my customers go through anything like this, he told me he didn’t care where I supervised people and he told me if I didn’t leave he would call to have me removed! I told him I could care less, after the agent advised me that the guy could and should give me a refund I became frustrated and left! My husband and I went into today still no phone and no answers we were given the owners number, no answer! This is awful! I’m without money and I have no phone and they have no answers! When you call the store they do not answer the phone! You have no choice but to drive to the store and I live so far out! This is a inconvenience and terribly poor customer service! I would never recommend this place to anyone! This has stressed me out!

Loved the sales lady i dealt w today however, was accidentally charged twice for grandkids phones. Worried about this ..im from out of town and the xtra charges need to be returned to my card asap.
