I recently purchased 2 prepaid phones from Walmart. The promotion was that the first month is free and the activation is free as long as you activate in Walmart. So all you have to do is pay for the phones. Well, the girl there is a district manager named Macy. (Maybe OSL) Not sure who she works for. But all in all, she signed me up for a post-paid account (contract) without my consent. I got ahold of Walmart to complain. Come to find out she has been lying to people about these phones. Signing them up for contract accounts instead of prepaid accounts. Also, teaching her employees how to sign people up for contract phones too. Luckily I was able to get out of it. But stay vigilant! Also, she is one of those people that you can't reason with. It got so bad that I got my att involved. They were able to help me.

It's not bad enough the prices are going up everywhere and people can't afford food... but now you have to calculate your prices out on everything buying in bulk is not always cheaper the 18 pack of eggs at Walmart that is double wrapped with two packs the 60 cents higher than buying two packs of 18 explain that Walmart it's not bad enough we have to ring our own groceries up but you are ripping us off

Yeah we go here for almost everything. This may be just me but I think the store brand is about the best you can get on all items as well. Bread, pop, almond milk, etc. I just plain prefer the store brand still

Never has the unicorn Little Debbie ice cream pints that it says that have online!! We shop here at least once a week and have no complaints!! Employees are friendly plus they always have electric carts!! ****UPDATE**** They have the unicorn Little Debbie ice cream now thank you!!!

Understaffed so I ended up without something on lock from HBA, but as a former employee of this store, I have to say they do a phenomenal job and work as a team. Pharmacy went smoothly too. Some stocking issues, but overall, a decent Walmart.

Had supposed to be 4 managers all could not make a decision on a wrong price on a product This store has a very poor attitude and could care less about the customers. I think a child could handle the store better than the so called managers

Went to auto care center of walmart superstore in Xenia to change oil for my car. Paid around $50 for synthetic oil and tire rotation. While the car was serviced, purchased some grocery and Coway Airmega 200M air purifier. Very convenient. Good service. The purifier works great.

If I could give a zero I would. I bought tires and I made an appointment for a specific time since I have other things going on in my life. They did not start until an hour later so now I’m waiting and I have other appointments. Not sure what the point is on making an appointment if they can’t do it on time.

Customer service at Xenia Walmart is getting a little better. On the other hand if you like to know the price of something you are putting in your cart, good luck because I ran into a whole lot of non-priced items and couldn't find anybody to tell me the price except for at the register. Because they have removed the Little machines on the post that you could scan the product and find a price. Walmart still remains my " go-to " store. 🙆

I went to get white out and it was on the highest shelf. I'm 5'5" so I definitely couldn't reach it. I could not find an employee to assist me. When I found one she looked at me like I was crazy. She wouldn't help me. I left without the white out.
