Picked up a battery, hadn't tipped it to the side at all, kept it straight up the whole time. Leaked onto my 39.99 denim coat from target which was surprisingly good and it degraded the denim quality so much you could literally grind it into dust in your fingers. I can replace a battery but that coat is no longer for sale and that is not something I can help. 0 stars

Absolutely ridiculous that I need to have a PIN number to use a commercial discount I can use at any other parts store ie Advance , Napa etc. Just wanted to use my discount because guess what for once you guys were the lowest price for the parts I needed. Waited in line for 40 mins for the manager on duty to tell me I needed a PIN on the days were no account specialist is there. Account security is fine but I now remember why I dispise this entire company.

Couldn't ask for better customer service and very knowledgeable employees. I love every auto zone I've ever been to! This was my first time at this location and it definitely wont be my last! I was very impressed all the way around. Thank you everyone keep up the great work 👍

Very disappointed in employees. I used to love shopping at your Timberlake Rd. location. Two employees behind the counter. One male and one female. I was standing at the counter as I listened to the female complain about being bored and couldn't wait on the end of shift. The guy glanced at me and turned backed towards the girl as if I wasn't there. I interrupted them with a question on something I was looking for. He looked at me and said if you didn't see it over there we don't have it. My last trip there. Went across the road at your competitor and made the purchase. They came around the counter and walked over to the products and explained all of my choices. Your loss is their gain.

This is a decent autozone. I have visited it many times. They usually have what im looking but they are usually just 2 people working and they will be helping someone.
